Great service (called ahead to make sure that I didn't forget--this was on an unusual day for me). Was polite and explained what he was doing.
Service technician was knowledgeable and efficient. Recommended a preventative measure to eliminate an anticipated problem. Very professional.

Great service and friendly and professional! Benjy did an amazing job. He found that I have some termite activity in my storage room and garage. Thank goodness I have a contract with them with Sentricon and this will be taken of.

Nicola; I wanted to circle back to this review and let you know I have changed the status on your account to insure that you are always there when we do your pest control services. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
I have been using this company for my own home, and my community has been using them for the common areas for many years. I had no problems and great service until this year when they skipped me in August when I was due several weeks ago and didn't get service until today. In addition, our community did not get serviced from May to July which made a huge difference in the amount of mosquitoes in the community and in my yard. I received numerous bites every time I was outside for more than a couple minutes all summer. I have spoken with Jeremy and I am hopeful that he will get the schedule reinstated very soon.
This company is horrible. Once again, they didn't tell me they were coming. They constantly schedule me without notifying me. After I complained, they asked if I was free on a particular day and I said no. They showed up anyway and only did the outside because we weren't home (our service includes inside and outside) and charged me $110 anyway.They have been doing this for every service cycle for YEARS since they took over for My Exterminator (which was such a better company) and I have complained about this every service cycle. In addition, they would also double book me and show up two months in a row (we are scheduled for every 3-4 months). I also complained about this for several years before it was finally corrected. I've had enough and we will be switching providers.

Mechanic seemed annoyed and bothered. Left without finishing. Flagged him down in the street to ask him to finish the job. Don’t want him back

The office told me that the tech would be here within a 2 hr timeframe in two days from when I initially contacted them. I took off work and waited the whole day, and no one showed up at promised time, nor did I they have the courtesy to call or text to let me know that they would not be able to make it. It wasn't until the next week that anyone bothered to call, and they called thinking that I would actually want to reschedule. I am pretty fair and understanding, but one thing that baffles me is the way businesses around here have zero respect when it comes to not keeping appointments or letting the customer at least have the decency to know that someone will not be able to make it while one is sitting there waiting for hours. The latter would have been acceptable. The former shows a complete lack of professionalism. Another piece of advice: You may be the greatest pest control service in the world (although I doubt it), but when someone calls asking for a one time service, don't start by going on about your "silver" and "gold" plans before someone even shows up. Show up, and prove that you can do a good job before you start trying to sell people on long term contracts.

They weren't there when we needed them. Had to buy my own ant spray and do it myself. They said to call anytime. So I did. A week and a half later isn't a good response time.

We use them for mosquito treatment, they are supposed to come every three weeks, but they didn’t come for a month and a half between services. Had to call and complain to get back on their schedule. Mosquito treatment is only effective if you spray consistently, so we are getting eaten alive this season and have wasted a good amount of money to achieve poor results. Will be switching to a different provider next season.

Tech was good, but unfortunately he ran out of the bait for the mouse traps and said he was going to report it. Need bait refilled for one on back porch as it showed activity! Also, no final report issued electronically to me to show what was found/done! Never before have I had the experience of running out of bait, nor a report not issued. The least to expect done and if not fixed in the future, will have to cancel this service.
