Michael visited today- initial inspection and appointment. Fabulous. He explained clearly his plan for ants and mice. He was extremely thorough. I am looking forward to having Michael and Cascade as our pest control provider.

Very dismissive to all our concerns, tech spending 2-3 mins around the house, when complained of seeing much more pests inside the house than expected and than what we have seen before, was told that’s normal and your plan doesn’t include inside treatments. Very disappointing

Waited no less than 1 min. of knocking on my door to enter my back yard unannounced. Left my gate open while she was back there, my dog could have gotten out. Over all rating of this company is 3 stars. Their employees are really unprofessional. Ive have multiple problems with them over the course of 3 months of using them. In the end they did resolve the rodent problem.

Wow you can’t even get information when you can because the desk girl dose not know anything. Don’t do the job of you don’t have the answers to simple questions!
My house and garage and camp trailer all have huge mouse activity we will probably be going with a different company soon
I had to cancel my first appointment the day before my appointment because my wife had to go to the hospital. Since I was unable to give 24 hours notice they charged me $100.00. Beware this company values taking people's money over doing what's right.

If I could give a zero review I would. no call no show, we had to call them to ask where they were once appt window passed.. Would not recommend! Second time- still no called no show. WHAT THE HELL.
