Be careful! I was sent for debt collection for an outstanding balance that was 1 month overdue because an autopayment card got declined. They failed to notify me that my card was declined, and went straight to debt collection! I used their services for a few years, and always paid. Very bad customer relations.

The lady I spoke to on the phone for scheduling was very nice and helpful, she was great. But as far as the service goes, I left work early to meet the estimator and nobody ever showed up. Didn’t even get a call, text or email, just left me high and dry. Very disappointing.

I had a scheduled appointment with Western Exterminators on Thursday and prepared my entire house per their detailed instructions. This involved removing all items from every cupboard, closet, and side room in my home. I made sure they had permission to enter and arranged for them to speak to my manager for access. However, they only knocked on my door and left, claiming that was sufficient to attempt entry. They didn’t even bother to call me, despite having permission to enter. When I contacted them, they said they wouldn’t return for another week, as that was the next available appointment, and even suggested they might come on Saturday *if* it was convenient for them. This is not a solution, and the lack of communication and reliability is frustrating. I would not recommend using their services.

Horrible customer service. Been attempting to get refunded for a $414.54 service I did not agree to pay for, for 3 weeks. I keep getting transferred and said that I will get a call and the refund still needs to be approved by another person, but I can’t talk to this person. Horrible experience! Would not recommend to my worst enemy! Absolutely horrible! Company is just stealing money!

After seeing rats in my home, I contacted western exterminator for services and was informed the technicians would patch necessary holes, set traps, and that activity would stop. After initial and follow up services, I continued to see rat activity in my home EVERY day. I would alert my technicians every day I experienced rodent activity in my home and send them pictures. Every time someone came out, a different technician each time, they said no activity was present in the external traps, but I kept alerting to the rat activity INSIDE of my HOME. Finally, I attempted to escalate the situation to see what needs to happen for my problem to finally be resolved almost two months after I received “services” and was provided the most disrespectful customer service experience of my life by Justin Barham. I would NEVER recommend these services. I ended up getting cats which eliminated my rodent problem, which is something they were not able to do. Justin, do better.

The first initial appointment with the estimator was on time and very informative. We signed up. They have since made two appointments that have been no-shows in the last 30 days. We have called numerous times for information and receive a confusing response. This last call they said they had no record of us being scheduled. We’re told we’d receive a phone call to resolve this in 12-24 hours. It has now been over 30 hours and no follow up. In summary, Repeatedly we’ve been told someone will show up or call and it hasn’t happened. As of yet, no services have been performed.
Had them do work, closing up gaps so they rodents could not get in. 3.5 months not done, had appointments for weekly visits, showed up for 2, one visit the tech only check 1 of the 3 spots. Other times techs did not show up when we had appointments. Trying to get help from the office, 800#, was told many times I would get calls back to resolve issue. Still no help. Now getting nasty email that bill is over due, they still want to get paid when work is not complete. I sent a partial payment, check was returned by there’s office. Been on the phone for 4 hours, again no help. Hitmen use to be a Great company, since Western Exterminator took over. Nightmare. Stay away.
They are a great company until you sign a contract, then they don't show for scheduled appointments. I have had 10 appointments and they didn't show for 6 of them. It's frustrating because I take a day off of work for this and nothing. Don't waste your money. Update: I received an email from WE stated they serviced the property the day they didn't show. I was home all day and have 24 hour ADT cameras. No one showed. No one serviced. But I was charged. I am sorry but that is fraud. Called customer service and it took over 40 min to cancel because "their computers kept erroring". Doubt that was true. Tempted to contact BBB to let them know they are charging customers and not providing services. Also, Western Exterminator, please don't state here that you want to make things right. I have contacted you several times. You don't make things right. You just state your concern on here to make future customers think you care.

I have never had any problems with this company but the guy left the back gate open and our dog got out!! Today!! Thank God the neighbor was out and caught him!! He is a shih Tzu and very precious to us! He will run if he gets out of the gate!! Please, please!!! Remind these people to make sure they have everything closed when they are done! Please! It was so scary!! I don't mean to complain about this!! But just too scary!! Just so all know!! Have used this company a very long time! Never ever had problems! But then it was only the second time this guy had been here! But still they have to learn to make sure everything is the way they found it! We are still very upset! I also didn't get my receipt after paying him!
