Zach was exceptional. By offering to show me ways I can mitigate any pests around our home ourselves, I felt informed on the hazards/ issues & solutions to handle them. He showed me best practices & identified other issues that were not in the scope of the project. We went with the Peace of Mind PM contract because of the way Zach explained its immediate benefits. He got everything done & setup quickly. Zach is passionate, respectful and good dude. Would recommend

We had a very bad ant problem. And Zack Green came and talked to us about the type of ant we had in our house. Zack also told us about a program that we could get on. Where Good Monsters Pest Control would come out once a month and spray for the ants so they would not come back. Good company and the employees are very knowledgeable about insects. Thank you Zack Green for putting us at ease about our ant problem.

Nicholas was Polite, efficient, informative. It’s a great feeling to know that he is taking care of my mice infestation! He had to go into 2 attic spaces (One was very tight) and a very infested crawlspace!
Nicholas did a courtesy visit to my house I just purchased that had a leftover bait station. I am SO glad I reached out to Good Monsters because I learned so much about the past pest problems and what I can do to prevent issues in the future. They are very thorough and contact their customer (if home) to provide a complete report of what they have done. They are kind and courteous.
Did not access house basement so it would have been impossible to complete an inspection. I have left two messages for a call back and meeting to discuss our rat issues which have yet to be resolved. So far….no return call. Ralph G

I didn’t feel that Brittany did a very thorough job today. It seemed she raced through it and did sloppy job. Please send Zach out next time.
Zach did an amazing job helping with ant infestation in our home! Update: Although Zach deserved five stars from my original review, their client communications were non-existent after his visit. We needed a second visit after two weeks, and they originally promised that within 30 days it would be for free. But they decided to simply ignore all our requests for that: I left several voicemails, texted sent an online request to no avail.
Never got a call that the tech was on the way, needed interior pest control

During initial service and upon my walk around the yard spiders and webs were still present in the yard. In hopes that this was a one off and future visits produce better results.
I had called about ants and spiders. Did not spray because he thought it might rain. Put gel out for the ants but ants are still there. Never addressed the spiders and the gel made the dog sick.
I don’t get enough support for my pest problem. Depending on who you ask you may get a different answer. When I asked someone to call me about these issues, nobody called me to date. They refuse to come out more than every two weeks no matter how bad the pest issue is!
