We have a new house with a few pest issues. Upon my initial contact, I was called and given great information where I could have fixed the issue without incurring any visit. I had them come out to take a look anyway for the $60 fee just to absolutely know. Brett gave us valuable information, had suggestions and got us scheduled for the right time of year. They do not push applications at all, unless necessary. I highly recommend them.

Millers Pest Control is the absolute best. I notified them about a bee problem and that we have a bee allergy in the house. They came by the following day explained to me what to look for and once I found the in-ground nest they were back the next day to take care of the issue. Have used them in the past and after they solved our latest issues I will never call any one else!

We have been using Millers Pest for years to deal with an annual carpenter ant problem in our house. The first year I called them, I had tried EVERYTHING to get rid of the ants on my own and it had only gotten worse. They were all over all three levels of my home, including in my bed, and it turned out they had set up my house as a satellite nest. The very nice woman who answered the phone was so helpful and set me up with an appointment almost immediately. When the ants came back the following year, I called as soon as I started seeing them in the house. And for the past few years, we get a preventative treatment every spring and have not seen any ants in our home since. Tyler has done our treatments the past couple years and is SO considerate of our pets and is very careful of where he sprays for environmental and safety considerations. Millers Pest has my highest recommendation!

Our home in Stowe became infested with mice while it was under contract with a nationally known pest control company that starts with “O”. I reached out to Millers and Beckner came to the house that same day to assess the situation. He devised a plan that included sealing all entry points and strategically placing small bait stations that would enable him to localize any activity. I’m happy to report that we now have no mouse activity in the house at all. I strongly recommend Millers Pest Control.

If you asked me at the start of hiring them for pest control I would have given a glowing review. They squeezed us in due to an allergy risk. They told us $250 for a product. If it didn’t last the season, they would come back and address it for free. The product should last the season. Well it didn’t. When we called to have the issue addressed, we were told they could no longer uphold any “guarantees” due to all the rain we have had. They would only uphold a 60 day guarantee that’s on the product. They even mentioned other customers calling for the same reason. So that means other customers were given the same reassurance that I was. The product should last the season. If not, call and they will make good on it. That is NOT the case. Miller’s did not uphold that. Instead, said they would come back at a cheaper rate. In my opinion I like the companies I hire to uphold what they say. If they had been honest not only to me but clearly others who were calling for the same reason, then I wouldn’t be leaving this review. Honesty is the best policy

I’ve used Millers a number of times (rodents, boxelder and most recently yellow jackets) and they are excellent! Super knowledgeable and get the job done! Highly recommend!

Millers have been very professional and reliable. They have come every two weeks to treat and the last three visits they have found minimal activity and none on the last visit. Despite the non cooperation and rudeness of the tenants they have done a great job.

I have used Miller's for several years, their maintenance program offers much more value than our previous service at a fairer price. I highly recommend them

I found out in the middle of peak season that my hotel's crawl space was home to a humongous hornet nest, and the critters were invading a couple of hotel rooms up above. Hardly a great guest experience. I called a few companies who told me to my dismay that they were booking four to six weeks out. Millers did too, initially, but then the nice lady on the phone noticed on her screen that the owner himself happened to be doing work in my town that day. I lucked out big time. Lo and behold, an hour or two later he showed up, extremely friendly and professional, to take care of the situation. Explained a thing or two about hornets and how to prevent issues like these moving forward. All for a reasonable rate. Highly recommend this company!

I cannot recommend Miller's Pest Control enough. When I called the woman who answered the phone and made my appointment was very nice and did her best to get me booked as soon as possible during a very busy season for inspection on a possible cockroach infestation. Bret the technician arrived early in the window of time I was given and was very knowledgable and extremely kind. He inspected our home and didn't find any evidence of an infestation nor a presence of cockroaches. I didn't have a specimen but with the help of google images, Bret was able to quickly and accurately identify the type of roach I was seeing given my description and the nature of how and where I was seeing them. He was happy to give us the good news that this was not the roach type (wood roach) that typically causes infestations and truly prefers to live outside. With his recommendation of patching a hole we've had in our window screen as a possible source of entry we haven't seen a roach in our home since. He was also extremely generous in waiving the fee since he was confident in not having to apply any services but said to call if we were seeing more in high numbers and they would be back right away to set up extermination. My family was lucky in that our situation was not an infestation but given the experience I am confident that the services would have been done with expert quality. A couple of friendly guys came to our home, did an inspection snd pronounced us as nothing here. That was good news from some clearly knowledgeable professionals. We would recommend this business very highly

My wife and I came home from a vacation to our roommate having found a bed bug. We called Miller's the next morning and had a tech over for an inspection within half an hour! Inspection found more signs of bugs. Literally hours later we received an email that they had a cancellation the next day and could get over to our house for a treatment if we prepared. They provided a thorough checklist of things to do, which, while no small amount of work, helped us get ready in time for the treatment the next day. Techs were prompt and courteous. Treatment can be a little pricey, but the alternative is...a bed bug infestation. A couple weeks after initial treatment the techs came back for a follow up (included in treatment cost) wherein they would inspect, and then re-treat if necessary. Fortunately additional treatment was not necessary in our case. Every step of the way the techs and the people in the office were happy to answer our numerous paranoid, overly-thorough questions and made a painful process as painless as they could. Would call again--hopefully won't have to!

I found evidence of bug damage in my wall at my home last fall. I had another company look at the issue and give me an estimate but they wanted to setup a expensive multi-part treatment plan. I also asked Millers to come take a look. They were very helpful to review my damage and every returned a second time after I had opened up the wall further. We found that the problem was carpenter ants. They sprayed the problem area and also setup a one time treatment for the spring when ants would return. They were very helpful and professional and after their treatment I haven't had any more problems with ants.

SO thrilled with discovering this locally owned business! We recently purchased a home that was unfortunately very poorly maintained and (among MANY issues, hah) ended up having a major mouse infestation. Well, after calling some larger franchises and not receiving timely callbacks or terribly informative phone calls, we found Miller via a Google search...and all I can say is, thank GOODNESS the other businesses weren't a fit because Miller is wonderful. They're always prompt with callbacks, their office staff is personable and lovely to speak to, their prices are extremely reasonable, AND the service people who come out to your home are professional, kind, informative, and effective. Sydney (sp?) has been out to handle the rodent issue and after a couple of bait station "top-ups" we no longer have mice (yay!). They're coming back to seal up the access points on the house and we've already signed up for their quarterly service package which is insanely inexpensive for all the services that are provided. We also have a ladybug infestation (yes, really), and are going to have them come out in the fall when it's the season to handle that. If you have any exterminator needs, this is your place.

We had a very persistent nest of yellow jackets in our siding and Miller’s didn’t give up until the bees were totally gone. It took a few tries, but Miller’s stayed on top of it, didn’t charge us extra, and did the job right. I’d highly recommend them. Thank you for excellent customer service and getting rid of the yellow jackets.

Great service, great people! Everyone, from (owner) Kyle to Danny, Lori and Jordan, is knowledgeable, helpful and caring! If you have an issue, they work with you to create the best plan to eliminate your problem. And they NEVER try to sell you more. We’ve been with Millers for years and wouldn’t even consider going somewhere else. We would recommend them without hesitation!

Miller’s Pest Control is a great local business that is a pleasure to deal with…..always on time at a reasonable expense. Our ant and wasp problems have been eliminated! We always welcome Dan into our home when it’s time for our scheduled treatment - he’s a real professional!

I highly recommend Miller Pest Control. They were on time and reasonable in price. They had to come back because of unexpected consequences with my wasp problem and were very professional. They stuck with their original quote even though their technician Dan worked long and hard to resolve my problem. I felt they should be compensated for his time and offered to pay more. Lori in their office would not accept it and stuck with the original quote. Now that is the kind of business I respect. I have hired them to do an early wasp spray next May and will recommend them to my neighbors and friends. Gary

Update 8/25/20: Millers was very responsive to our problem. I jot a call from Jordan and we scheduled another treatment. Kyle treated around the house and inside this time. He also sprayed a large tree a few yards from our house that he thinks has the main colony in it. They were quick to respond and very friendly and helpful. Kyle answered all my questions, explained the process and how the ants were most likely getting in. We had Miller come to spray for ants. To get our business they were very responsive. We were clear of ants for about two weeks, then the ants went nuts and now we have more than ever and in more areas of the house. I’ve left three messages but get no response. They called back once, left a message and haven’t picked up the phone since. I will happily update this bad review if they will come out and fix whatever they did.

My wife messaged Miller's Pest Control about a hornet's nest in our attic. Miller's called back within a few hours and scheduled us for the following week. Their technician, Mr. Beckner, came out as scheduled and sprayed the hornets' nest. The hornets were gone within a day or two and never returned. Miller's and Mr. Beckner both called back afterward to check on the issue and see if it had been resolved. This company is very responsive and very professional. They offer an excellent value for the money. Miller's really went above and beyond in helping us. They explained the type of pest and its behavior, and gave us options to deal with it. We are very pleased with their service.
