Grenier's Pest Control did an amazing job getting rid of and keep away the box elder bugs at my place of business! I highly recommend them!

Called them over to address mice issues at an apartment building I own. Never a great thing when a pest person says THEY DO NOT use poison (that's like a carpenter who doesn't havr a hammer in their tool belt). Owner is a middle-aged woman who is very opinionated about poisons; put me on the spot in front of tenant; made a big stink about how my poison traps could've killed their cat. Also made a big stink about the stove drawer being broken when it wasn't (again in front of the tenant).  Owner is leading some sort of crusade in Montpelier to make poison traps illegal.  This woman is in the wrong line of work.

Michelle was great to work with. We had a wasp infestation in our dining room ceiling. I left a message in the morning, she called back in 15min and came right over. Took care of the issue immediately. Did not try to upsell me on a monthly service like the national companies did. Very polite and professional. I highly recommend Grenier’s.

I would recommend Michelle to anyone in need of pest removal. She is very knowledgable and kind. She (and Dot!) took the time to explain their process and help me understand what I was dealing with. Michelle was thorough, honest, and continued to follow up with me after the treatment to ensure it was effective. She was happy to answer questions and made us feel confident in the solution for our home. Very happy to have a trustworthy local business to depend on for pest control. 10/10

One of the very few local firms that actually remove pests! Quick response and follow up visits by Michelle and team. Figured out what needed to be done and was able to solve our pest problem quickly and effectively. Would 100% recommend.

Awful. Try a company that follows through on their commitments, it isn’t these people

I called with a wildlife emergency on a Sunday afternoon. Michelle resounded immediately and helped connect us with area rescues that resolved the situation happily for the wildlife and the homeowner within hours!

Boo! Awful service, like they don't even know what they are doing or how to do it. Confusion reins with these folks, don't waste the time. Call someone that is more professional and knows which end is up.

Lousy service. Michelle doesn’t know her rear end from last Tuesday. Promised trail cameras, and when asked her reply was “we don’t have any available- they are on other jobs”. Total waste of time and money to work with these people. 1 star only because I cant give them 0. STEER CLEAR!!

Michelle is a PRO! She arrived ahead of our appointment and quickly toured the basement, pointing out an entrance the squirrel could have used and advised me to repair it and call her back if the squirrel had not left. Followed her instructions, no more squirrel!! You cannot go wrong with Michelle !!!

Grenier's Pest Control is our first call for any pest problem. Michelle and her son Jake are wonderful to work with and they get results! I'm so grateful to have someone to call when a skunk moves under our porch or mice in the AC condenser unit. Thank you Michelle and Jake!

Great when you can get them to come to your house. The problem is that happening. I called, had an appointment, they never showed. I called again and was told there was no way I could have had the appointment I indicated. The blame was put on me, no apology for the mix up as is standard costumer relations protocol. This was followed by being told I couldn't get an actual, definitive, appointment but I was "on the list" and would be called. More than a month has gone by and no call back has ever come through. I would love to support a local business instead of one of the big chains but they have not made it easy. I hope others have better luck. I took my business elsewhere

Michelle is amazing! She has great attention to every detail and solved our mouse problem that 2 other companies could not! She thoroughly evaluated our basement, the exterior, and our attic. Then, she sealed and fixed all the issues. She is a true expert in the field. We highly recommend her. She’s the best and has a wonderful reputation for a reason.

Prompt response, took care of the squirrel issue, and checked for damage in the attic. Charge was fair. Would definitely use them again.

I’m so happy that Michelle was referred to me. Her knowledge, professionalism, and dedication make her my go-to person for all things pest related. She has helped me with mice, red squirrels, and cluster flies/Asian lady beetles. I’ve learned so much from her and will continue to use Greniers for annual prevention.

Michelle is very kind, informed, generous and extremely skilled at her job. She took down a large bald faced hornet nest for me and did a thorough and neat job, using only as much pesticide as was necessary, keeping it well contained. I highly recommend Michelle for any of your pest removal needs!

I noticed a crack in a chimney with a somewhat constant pattern of yellow jackets going in and out on Sunday afternoon. I called Grenier's around 10AM on Monday and they had the nest eradicated by 1PM. All of my questions and concerns were handled over the phone and then with follow up information via text message. I was nervous about the difficulty and expense of a professional extermination and the ladies I spoke with at Grenier's put me at ease. I will absolutely call them again should the need arise.

We had an absolutely excellent experience with Grenier's. Both Dot and Michelle were extremely nice and responsive to our concern about a raccoon in a porch roof, and Michelle was able to identify very quickly that it was a mama raccoon who was probably not doing any damage and that it was best to wait her out until her kits could leave with her... the most humane approach possible. All the while, her expertise and amiable attitude put us at ease. We would recommend Grenier's to anyone with a wildlife removal need in a heartbeat.

Michelle responded to my text for help and came as she promised to rid my entrance of wasps. I am impressed with her knowledge, thoroughness, efficiency and friendliness. She also followed up with me – which I appreciated. I highly recommend Grenier’s.

I had a massive yellow jacket nest in my cinder block wall that turned my basement into a horror movie...after I did exactly what her website says not to do (which I unfortunately didn't read until after I had tried to deal with it myself). Michelle got back to me promptly when I called, figured out where the nest was, and followed through to make sure they had been eliminated.

We noticed the yellow jackets after vacation and she came to take care of them that day! Knowledgeable, friendly, definitely enjoys her job, which shows in her work. Highly recommend.

Greniers removed Yellow Jackets with plant based poison and sticky tape. Only had to kill the hornets as they were attacking children in a nest in a porch crevice. Greniers pest control is bee friendly and strives to move or repel pollinators first or educate customers that bees far from doors or house are harmless. The owner even has a little bee tatoo! If the owner finds a pest she doesn't recognize she researches it.
