I was a customer for 3 years and their products just didn't work for me. Not only mosquitoes treatment did not work neither did the pest control and wasp treatment. I told the technicians several times where the wasp nests were located and the response was always we will take care of it. They supposedly guarantee their products and I always had them return for the 2nd treatment so basically I was being treated 2 times a month. I stayed with them thinking this is just as good as it gets sadly. My 4th year they didn't put me on the schedule so I called several times with: someone will get back to you. Finally I was told the owner Brad would call me and he never reached out. The last thing I have time for is pest control being dismissive. If they wanted more money for the bi weekly service that would not have been an issue. My representative who always answered my calls was not without attitude. Your a professional business supposedly, communicate like one. This has been 2 seasons ago, being I am surgeon, I do not have time for reviews but there are a few companies I am going to make time for reviews eventually. Long story short I did find a company that has made a major difference in controlling the mosquitoes and especially the wasps they removed several large nests/hives exactly where I told mosquitoe squad where they were located. That was just laziness in their part. My current company also doesn't show up like ghost busters with a blower, blowing products all over the place. All show no results for my property.

If adjustments weren’t producing meaningful results for your property, we should have taken a deeper look sooner.<br><br>I’m also sorry to hear that communication felt dismissive and that follow-up did not happen as promised. Do not use this company! My wife and I regret ever paying once for these guys. They promise a guarantee but take forever to come back out when there product doesn’t even work. I have a large yard so maybe it doesn’t work because my yard is big or something I don’t know I’m not the professional but they promise 90% reduction and I still have bites all over. Also the technicians are always pushy about upgrading even though there products don’t work. I paid extra for the pest add on where they said they would clean my webs and wasp nests but they couldn’t even reach the biggest nest on my house and said they treated it so it won’t be active but it was still very active. Again I do not recommend this company!!!!

Short story - they won't stand by their 'guarantees' and don't have enough confidence in themselves to review recorded phone calls and technician body cams. I purposely questioned in my initial phone calls with them about their guarantee if I felt the treatments weren't working, and was assured they would retreat to my satisfaction. I wasn't even given the option to sign up for this super fun "non guaranteed" one time treatment option. I was told I signed up for a subscription based plan. Well their wasp treatment was ineffective and when I contacted them I was informed I was just a one time treatment customer and they don't offer a guarantee... When I questioned this and more, I especially loved (sarcasm) when they told me they couldn't prevent wasps from entering my property, even though their technicians didn't think the wasps building a new nest on my house were just "flying by". Wasps merely buzzing by was not my complaint, but I thought it was a funny reply since their website does actually state, and I quote, "keep them out of your yard for up to 21 days!". They also state a benefit of their wasp treatment is a '"100% satisfaction guarantee", but don't expect to receive that if you're just somehow one of their lowly one time treatment customers. In all seriousness, I'm frustrated their treatments didn't work, but even more irked they treated my concerns as annoying and won't stand by their work. Who wants to do business with a company like that anyways?

The office is very professional but the service did not work. We had them spray all last year, had them come out between sprays, and the mosquitos were just as bad as before the sprays. The technicians also were annoyed to come out in between sprays and made it apparent.
