Great service, very professional would recommend them to anyone in need of some pest control
I had a bird that was going in and out of the vent for my bathroom. Even though they weren't fully staffed on the day, they still had someone come out to check it the same day and came to take care of it the next day. Ryan and Mike were very professional and helpful.

Your team broke my belongings, threw trash around my room, and literally left tacks (!) strewn around face-up in my carpet. Knowing that space would need to be cleared in order to spray, I had already moved all of my belongings to the center of my apartment. When I arrived home, personal belongings were bent out of shape, spilled, trash everywhere. Not to mention a handmade box completely broken with its contents spilled around the floor. It honestly looked like your team threw my things across the room when I arrived home.

As part of the standard process, the apartment community provides tenants with pre-treatment preparation instructions prior to service, and our company is contracted by the property to complete the treatment.<br><br>At the time of service, the unit was not prepared as required, and garbage was present, which limited access to treatment areas. When a unit is not prepared according to the provided instructions, our technicians may need to reposition items as necessary in order to complete the service safely and effectively. This company apparently thinks the most effective way to relocate wild birds is to trap them and leave them for dead in a cage on top of roofs and hundred degree Utah weather to slowly die. Absolutely repulsive business practices to leave a living animal in a cage to slowly die for a week. 168 hours of sufferings

Thank you for your concern. We are aware of the situation and actively investigating as one or more of our traps may have been tampered with. We found the sun shade for the birds was completely open when we arrived to the property. The D.W.R. classifies pigeons as health risk nuisance birds. We are contracted by the complex to trap and remove them. They pose serious health risks to the community as well as cause extensive property damage if mitigation isn't in place. We however make it a priority that the birds be humanely trapped with a sun shade and food and water prior to removal. As such we are looking into this matter further.
