He texted when he was coming. He asked if I seen any bugs. Told him about my ants and he addressed that. Very friendly.

As always Silver gives excellent service. He lets me know a day in advance that he will be out to service. He called me while he was at my home to see if I had any concerns. He could have just performed service and left but he did not. I work and am away during the day. He made sure to check with me before he left my home. He goes the extra mile!

All these techs are absolutely great! I’ve had chadein come a couple times now and he’s always quick, thorough and always answers any questions I have, he even remembers to take his shoes off when he sprays inside without me saying anything which I deeply appreciate.

Never stopped after he completed his job. I left the garage doors open for him to spray inside - your techs always knock on the door to tell me they are finished.

Asked for an inspection of my house and area because some issues recently that implied a pest problem. When the guy showed up all he gave us was a sales pitch on services offered. We're a ways from town and every service takes weeks to get. When the office called to ask what I wanted to do I mentioned I had no idea. I never received any literature and an inspection was not completed so I had no idea what needs needed to be met. She apologized because the notes on the account described our problem and need of inspection. Then she sent me some documents on prices and services. But again the point was to get an inspection to establish the correct proceedings.
As always, Scott did an excellent job. I never see cockroaches in the house anymore. Thank you.

Michael Silva seemed competent enough and carefully explained what he did. I am less than happy, however, because $250 for less than an hour's work of a trained professional is too much.
