2 reasons I'm rating Pickett Pest Control a 4 . 1. I was turned off by the so much automation before getting to talk to a real person. Not sure why it's so hard for a business to just answer the phone. In fact I just hung up and was going to call some else later but they called me back about 20 minutes later. 2. For one treatment with a 90 guarantee the price is $300. A little steep in my opinion. If in fact it eliminates the ants I have, I may come back and up the ranking. The technician that came to do the assessment and initial treatment was very professional and took the time to explain everything very well. Please with the service. I hope the ants find another place to go.

We had a mice problem they came and put some boxes around the house and we have no longer had any mice inside the house they are always checking on time and changing the boxes regularly very great company thanks so much
