Precision Pest Control

Now known as Nomo. Worst customer service in history. Save your money and go with a good honest company. Told them not to come and they completely disregarded and showed up anyway and then sent me a bill. When I tried to talk to the owner, he repeatedly told me over email he'd talk to me and then after four days just told me to call the office which I already had done several times. Save your money and use a company that doesn't try and scam you out of your hard earned money. VERY UNSATISFIED!!!!

We have 3 months left in a one year contract and our experience has been about as good as having no pest control at all. Precision claims to use a more organic type of poison that is safer for pets or kids or something. Our previous pest control service didn't claim this and the difference was... there product actually worked! Also, our kids nor our dog were ever harmed by the product they used. We have a lot of wolf spiders in the area, we used to see them dead around our house and in our basement all the time. Since switching to Precision Pest Control we only notice them living in those areas. We have called them back in between visits, and the times they do show up, the problem does not ever go away. My wife switched to Precision because they were a little cheaper and would expand their range of were they sprayed from what our former contractor would. However, you get what you pay for, and the expanded range has not helped cut down on our spider problem in the least. One thing is certain, Precision Pest Control will not continue to be our preferred extermination service.
