We've used Signature Pest Control coming up on 4 years now. Our building is next to a large vacant lot, spiders and mice were a problem. Since Signature started there has not been any issues or concerns from the employees. Offices, cubicles, break area or garage - all good!

These guys are wonderful!! (My son even invited Khristopher to his birthday party!) I’ve used them for 6 years now and have recently moved and so glad to know they will service my new home/area too!! My home now due to the area and yard has WAY more spiders and bugs than I like. After a few months of treatment we started getting them under control. I mentioned an ant issue ONE time to Khristopher and within that visit he knew exactly where they were coming from and I haven’t seen a single one since. Same with my black widow issue. Fair pricing and easy scheduling! I love the automated scheduling so I don’t have to remember to call. Rant over- just schedule with them. Highly recommend them for your pest needs.

Excellent service, quality people. I used to do my own pest control, but I must say that since I gave that up and started using Signature, so much better! Inside and out. They handle bed bugs, termites, they have current and specific equipment to meet the job. I'm really impressed and they don't demand you sign an agreement clause!

I do like this company, but the continuous increases are not sustainable. 33%+ increase in 4 years.

I had severe rashes because they sprayed all over my 3 yo daughter's toys and everything that was open. After repetitive requests also they are not canceling my contract and every month my card is being charged. I really feel harassed.

We are Signature Pest Control in Utah and are not associate with any other location. We kindly ask that you remove this review and place it on the company that deserves it. Also, if that company is spraying your daughters toys we would highly suggest reaching out to the State department which regulates the pest control companies in your area and file a complaint.

We used Signature when we first moved into our home in Lavon. We had an issue with ants on our kitchen counters. They came out and put ant traps on the counter. Didn’t work. They said give it time. Meanwhile we had ants crawling on the counter. Called three times until the manager came out and sprayed something that took care of it. Could have used this first. Got rid of everything the ants were in. Then we had mice in our garage. They put mice bait on the INSIDE of the garage thereby causing more mice. Ruined a $1200 mattress.

Biggest fraud. While signing up, they told me it's a quarterly service and I'm paying for 1 full year. Hence 4 quarters. But if still pest persists, I can call them anytime for extra visit. But they didn't do the service for 4th quarter. When asked, they shouted on me stating that since I didn't renew i will not get what I have already paid for. I call recordings. They say since they visited one time during winter, they are done.

These guys are amazing! They always do a thorough job and are very effective. Kris was so nice and answered all my questions. They took care of wasps nests and everything! We've been having them treat our house for two years now and have zero complaints. We just added their lawn service and love it.

Mark and KJ does the routing pest control service at my home and they do a great job. They make sure to cover the entire property. They also come in case of any urgent pest control need and make sure the area is treated properly.

I was renting a home and the contract stopped so I picked up the contract. Whatever they were doing was not working and I made that clear and numerous times to them and they would have to come out once or twice a month. I moved it to another rental and didn’t want to transfer the service because I felt like I was paying for a service that wasn’t working. My account was all paid up And I asked them to service the new place basically in place for the old place that didn’t get service. They wanted me to sign a new contract they came out and then I let them know that I wasn’t signing the new contract because I wanna make sure that the services are going to work , at least in the new place. Are they able to do the service? Just let me know. The guy stepped outside and said he will call his manager and see and then I’m waiting and they just took off after I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes. Very rude very inconsiderate Customer service. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I will never be using them again. It’s too many pest control companies for them to act like this. I would gladly go to another one. Good riddance.

I had an appointment scheduled today for the pest control to come to my home . They only sprayed outside of my front door like barely , but they could not be patient to wait for me to come to give them other instructions of where to spray . What kind of service is this, if you don’t have the patience to wait for your customers to answer the door and give you instructions!?

Worst service this pest control guy probably only sprays water every time we had him come out their product doesn’t even work it kill nothing but your bank account each month.

Unfortunately for me i have had the worst experience with this people initially they told that they we’re going to do the inside and outside of my house but they only did the outside, the following schedules they did a showdy job, 2 times i had to call their office to complain about the pest around My house , their agent’s come and won’t spend even 2 minutes to do a thorough job

I have never seen a technician. I monkey have outside treatment done but it would be nice if they could leave a note on the door letting you know that they were there. They don’t have a problem getting their payment even if it means getting your card number that you didn’t give them. I needed to cancel my services with them and that was fine as long as I paid over a hundred dollars. I understand contracts. We had a serious family situation. And we still have spiders outside
