Very respectful of our home, personable, and took care of all my concerns. We live right next to a field so have lots of spiders, grasshoppers, etc. They take care of it all! They have fair prices as well. I will always highly recommend this company!

No contract, very thorough, actually listened. Dylan went above and beyond my concern. He found the source of the wasps that have been troubling us for a year. Very friendly. Best of all no pressure sale for a contract I don’t want to sign.

The owner and one of his workers personally came to my condominium to spray for bugs. they were totally professional the whole time all while being light hearted about everything. He even called us to see if things were improving days later! Very personable, the both of them. I wouldn't hesitate to contact this company again if anyone i know has any issues they can deal with. If all small businesses were more like this, id be a happy person.

The cockroaches in our home were starting to get so bad i was about to call thebhealth department ourself. Going through bottle after bottle of spray from the store for them to just come right back. Had to throw away so many things. It was disgusting, all thanks to our neighbor below us that moved in and very quickly soon after.. moved out. (Thanks for bringing these disgusting things into out home) it was getting to a point that the kids and myself didn't even wanna stay here anymore or walk around without shoes on.... then standing outside smoking.. and Devan and Dylan(sorry if I spelt that wrong) come up the stairs and literally saved our home. It was (not exaggerating) the BEST DAY EVER!! They were both very nice, understanding, not judgemental,very professional respectful and patient with us and our pups!! They took care of the apartment below us and came right up and did a treatment throughout our entire home! They were able to answer every question we had and we're so knowledgeable and knew what they were doing! We couldnt be happier with the service we received from these two gentlemen! Just after 1 day if them coming. More than HALF disappeared! Its now almost been a week and between the 4 of us we have seen a total of 5!!! One of the best parts about working with them... is they didn't just come spray and move on. He actually called me to check on how things are going and to see how we are doing since they treated our home and reassured me that they will continue dying off over the next 3 months! THAT!! is how you get 5+ stars and run and good business and keep customers coming to you! You actually care and it shows! Thank you guys. If I could give more than 5 stars I would for sure. Responsiveness of Devin and his company was exceptional. Took the time to understand the nature of our bug issue, was confident he could abate it, and scheduled our appointment. No fuss, just a professional that gets it done. Results were noticeable the very next day. Couldn't be more pleased.

Great Company! Devin is easy to work with. We had a really bad infestation with a plague of grasshoppers the year before. Walking on the grass was surreal like we were Moses parting the red sea bad. I called another pest control company the next year to treat these pests. They told me they could do nothing. I was shocked and desperate to get this resolved. I spoke with Devin and he assured me they could leave ground pellets and kill these grasshoppers. That they did. I have noticed zero grasshoppers this year. I am both shocked and amazed! They also took care of the spiders, beetles and wasps. So worth hiring them. They have done a great job! Highly recommend trying them if you are having any issues like we did.

I couldn't be more impressed with the service Bug Man provided! I had a severe problem with hornets and wasps in my landscaping. After spraying them myself, I had no success. Bug Man came right out and took care of the problem. Such a professional company. They were also the best price out of several bids. Highly recommend.
