The Park City team did a great job removing and pruning trees on our property… While it wasn’t cheap, I feel it was fair given the amount of work done, the quality, and how great the team did. We will continue to have them maintain the property on an annual basis for sure.

After the arborist explained what tree trimming was needed, three young men showed up and did what was required. They were friendly, efficient and showed me what had been done. SavATree has been caring for our trees for years and I am extremely satisfied.

The moment we met Robbie from SavATree we knew we were in the right hands. He came to our home within a few days of our call, was very professional, made clear suggestions, and offered a proposal. The following week, Jack and Justin arrived early. We were immediately impressed with their obvious professionalism and expertise, their equipment and their gear! We were fascinated by their amazing agility, their ease in conversing with us as we watched, and the transformation of the trees from the seventeen years of dense foliage to lightness. On completion, they went the extra mile. They chipped the huge piles of cuttings, raked and blew the lawn, and then offered to chip a large number of dead trees we had cut down earlier in the summer. To say the least, it was a surprisingly fun and interesting experience. We cannot recommend SavATree more highly. We will definitely ask them to come again.

Work was adequate, communication of estimate was poor at best no written estimate was received my bad only relied on verbal estimate from arborist. I was later contacted by the branch manager who was understanding of the mis-communication and appologized for the along an offer to discount the final total. Thank You

this is solely based on our results, multiple trees do not look healthy, definitely not worth the money.

I hired a group from SavATree to prune many trees for my mother. SavATree charges the going rate for a tree pruning company, I paid close to $3700. Whomever SavATree sent to trim my 35 year old Aspen that is right in front of the home didn’t know what they were doing and/or wasn't trained correctly. They trimmed it far too much on the one side thereby leaving a big hole and a misdistribution of weight which can cause problems. It is an art and science to develop the right eye for this kind of work and to understand how a tree grows; this is partly why tree trimming and pruning are so expensive in my view. I let the company know early on and waited until the next pruning season to correct it, they came out but didn't correct the tree. In order to correct the tree there would need to be considerable time spent on it. It was an old beautiful tree, they were reckless in shaping it. I had to pay another company a further $600 dollars to correct not only the Aspen, but my Walnut and Cherry tree (Aspen and Walnut tree photos attached). The arborist stated the limbs were "lion-tailed" which can cause the branches to break, another issue was not alternating the limbs when cutting hence the gaps. I sent to the manager an email stating that it may be worth relaying this feedback and properly train the person who was trimming this Aspen, that email was ignored. There should have been more care/experience in trimming some of the trees.

Bid was very high. They justified based on amount of time indicating it was $1000 per hour for their crew. Estimate was 5-6 hours and they were her for 2. Tries to resolve with them over many months. No communication. Very unprofessional. There are many other honest vendors to choose from. Would avoid this company.

High priced

I hope they removed all the dead as I can not tell the difference between live and dead branches as it’s winter. Also they were suppose to remove branches that overlapped, grew towards the inside of the tree and all growing down. Missed some but maybe they figured they had removed to much of the tree. Other than that they did very well.

Big company but they dont have anyone that answers the phone. 2nd time in a year I've tried to get them to return my call. UPDATE!!! 10 minutes after I left a bad review Jessica returned my call, said they are short staffed, I can here her baby crying on her lap. Feed that baby! Jessica tells me they dont spray trees and refer'd me to another company. So, I guess if you leave a detailed message, for something they are not interested in doing, they won't take 2 minutes to call you back and let ya know. Thats cool I can take a hint.
