This is the first year we have had someone put up our Christmas lights and I wish we would have found Ryon sooner! He was so thorough and friendly and the lights look fantastic! I’d highly recommend him to anybody!

Awful. Manipulative. They (like others) use pictures from google maps to make an initial estimate. They weren't able to see everything they wanted, so they asked for additional pictures which we provided. However when they came out to the house they asked for nearly DOUBLE what their initial estimate was. It was all a lot of bait-and switch. I read some reviews and it looks like this has been an issue in the past. We were dissapointed as now we're further into the Christmas season without lights, we just wasted our time. Avoid.

I have always liked the service you provided and actually referred others to you. I will no longer refer your services to any of my clients or neighbors. Whoever is responding to your texts needs a lesson in customer service. I couldn't believe the rude text I got. I was unaware of the late fee after 24 hrs of the service and that's my fault for not reading the invoice. 24hrs and there's a late fee is just not right. I would think you would allow a reasonable amount of time to have the invoice paid. Ryon has always been very friendly and nice. I can't imagine he is behind the texting that is going on.

Our lights look beautiful and it is so nice not to worry about putting them up, taking them down, maintaining them, and storing them from year to year. We got our Christmas lights put on today, for the first time, and they look awesome! Ryon and his team have been so great to work with, being very fair in cost, timely, and professional. The installation looks amazing and they delivered on what they said. Our only regret is not having him put lights on our house sooner!
