We have used Jensen Pest Control for 3 years, and the service has been excellent, and the technicians have been very polite.

I’ll give a two as they used to be good! I have used this company for about 13 years and have always loved the service and have told many about them! The last year their chemicals don’t work! I have complained and they come back out. I even pay for two services of which is bugs and weeds. Their current rep makes up the most crazy stories as to why it’s not working. For example the irrigation water only sprays weeds in one corner of my yard. The bug stories are crazy too! Don’t make up stuff just to sound like you know! I have emailed Zac the owner as left messages for him to call so we can discuss my service or lack there of. He has not contacted me after all my years of great service and referrals so he must not care about retention or word of mouth! Anyway, their sprays don’t work and spiders and earwigs still come in your home and weeds still grow.

These guys are awesome! Been with them for over 5 years and highly recommend them. They are easy to work with and taje ownership of their work. T herr have been a few ubstances over the years where I noticed more critters and pests. In those instances, Jensens was just a phone call away and they responded quickly and treated the problems thoroughly. Thank you Jensens. Wanted to add as well that the staff that shows up has always been professional and courteous.

I feel like this place has ripped me off royally they have only done the outside of my house and not the inside when I tell them I’m not going to be home they come anyway. I want my money back in full! I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Spiders everywhere!!! I’m responding back to your comment, you have been coming to my place for over 3 years, you show up when you want , several times I’ve called to say I won’t be home so we need to be on the right schedule, you have still came anyway. One time you came in the middle of a bad snow storm and you sprayed outside, who comes to spray outside in the middle of a bad snow storm?!! Then you charged me for outside and inside . I don’t think I’ve had the inside of my place done a fourth of the times you have shown up to do the spraying. You guys just pick and choose the time you want. I’ve made calls saying please don’t come because a big bill keeps racking up . You shouldn’t be doing that .

I have been the Resident Manager at U-STORE-IT-HERE for 4 1/2 years and we have used Jensen since I started here. I have always had great service from them dieing or quarterly service. Today Huntet came out to do our service and adress a box elder bug issue. Hunter was very professional and did an awesome job at our property. He was attentive to all our needs and truly seemed that he cared and wanted to provide the best service he could. Hunter is the quality type of employee that should be recognized; i hope you do.

Would not recommend this company at all. I have been loyal and using them for four years now and they have took a turn for the worst. I have had black widows and hornets and mice in my yard and they won’t even respond to my call. I pay a lot of money and have turned down other companies That will beat their price. They will not return my phone call. When they do come, it’s a day that we are working and it’s raining outside. I suggest looking for a more reputable company. And yes the other person that gave you a one star is your customer. Don’t deny it! Stay clear of this business!!

Discontinued our service after finding several black widows around our house. My daughter was playing right next to one; we were lucky she didn't get bit (she's 18months, it could've killed her). Wasps are out of control and we have earwigs appearing in the house quite often. Communication was poor, always came at odd times or during our work schedules. Paid for inside and outside spraying but rarely got the inside service as they always came when no one was home. Even came and sprayed on July 4th. Seems like a given no one would be home. Difficult to get a hold of as well.

We have been using Jensens for a couple of years now. They are always prompt, quick to respond to any questions and always do a great job.

Jensen has been doing a wonderful job keeping my home bug free for the last year. And if I ever have concerns, they are always willing to come back and they respond quickly.
