From the start, the experience was top-notch. I spoke with the owner, Jeff, who was incredibly professional. I really appreciated his honesty—he didn’t try to push an unnecessary upsell and actually suggested I wait until after the first visit to decide on a service rotation. Plus, the pricing was very reasonable. My technician arrived today and was equally impressive. Even though I can't recall his name, he was professional, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He was very efficient and respectful of our property while he worked. Jeff is amazing at seeing what we need to keep the pests away. We are a dog care facility and he uses chemicals that are not harmful to my dogs. He is very thorough and accommodates our schedule so it doesn't interfere with dogs playtime. We have tried other companies but Columbia is the one we are staying with!

Can't say enough about Jeff and Columbia Pest Control. We had spiders and ants. Each time one of the kids founds a spider, they would scream and holler. Not only has Jeff taken care of the spiders and ants, but the screams and hollering have nearly disappeared too. :-) He came out during a unusually wet week so he took care of the inside of the home and made a return trip for the outside treatment. He is very knowledgeable and offers suggestions that homeowners can do on their own too.

We love this company. We have been using them for 13 years. We first started using them when we lived in west valley years ago and still use them now that we live up by Syracuse in Davis county. Their technicians always do a great job and their product kills the earwigs which is what we mainly have. They’re really good about getting rid of wasp nests and treating those for me too!

Loved this experience! They were extremely honest with me from the get go, not a company that loads with some “oh yeah we’ll do X, Y, Z and your problem is solved!”. No, they’re realistic. Clinton was great, we got along well, I totally trusted that he’d get everything done and not only did he get everything done, BUT all the work covering up the holes looks fantastic as well. Definitely will use them again.
