Romex Pest and Weed Control

Used Brady for years. He personally sprayed our property and did a great job. Since he quit spraying himself, it has been quite different, not in a good way.

We love having Brady come to treat our home with Romex. The insecticide they use is natural - made from chrysanthemums. And it works! We never see a cockroach, etc. They also spray our yard for weeds. We don't have to fight weeds coming up in our gravel. Brady always texts us in advance to let us know when he's coming.

As long as we have lived in our Townhome, we have had Romex services for Pest Control. They are trustworthy, and have been especially helpful when we have particularly pesky bugs (i.e. ants and cockroaches). They have made special trips out to assist us. They have never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them when this happened and were so kind and helpful. They have always had competitive and fair prices. I have had them spray inside every 3 months, and for the last few years we have had minimal pest problems. The consistent treatment has been so nice. Nothing worse than finding out cockroaches have taken over your garage. I called Romex and they had a guy out there the next day. Talk about great service this place rocks. The guy that came out to spray the house was very thorough. The result was hundreds of dead cockroaches the next morning, not just in my garage but all around the house. I was shocked to see so many dead cockroaches, but relieved to know they weren't getting inside. I tried some of the over-counter sprays and traps, but I had an infestation. I highly recommend Romex, leave it to the professionals to get the job done.

I love that they come in an “emergency basis “ we had German cockroaches when we moved in our house and he was there every week just to check on things and every two weeks for maintenance spraying. Problem solved!!!!! They are clean and professional. Brady is amazing and so is his partner Brian. They always ask questions and always make sure my needs are met Ten stars from me.

We have been using Romex for over 10 years! Brady is amazing and has great customer service. We have moved 4 times and continue to use him with each move. We have used him on our rentals and Recommend him to all our neighbors. I love how well they spray the yard. We have a stacked rock wall that they sprayed all crevices. He also noticed the ant hills in my yard so put extra bait for those and asked if I had noticed any in the house.

Brady with Romex is great! I’ve had other companies that don’t spray as much or don’t come back out and spray more if we have a problem but he has always taken care of us. Highly recommend.

I WAS an existing customer in 2019. I paid for 1yr of service in advance. Field staff were great. However, months later (around Dec. 2019) I started receiving bills in the mail. So I called the office. Spoke to Alex 2 or 3x. I asked for for a detailed accounting of # of visits to the house, cost per visit, etc. so I could understand why I had gotten a bill. He said he understood but just mailed me another bill! Even though I received NO SERVICE for more than 6 mo's, the bills kept coming in, increasing each time. So I wrote a letter, again asking for details on my account to justify the charges. Never got a reply. I did speak eventually to another person at the company and explained same request. No response. I do not trust a company that can't provide a simple accounting of their services so I could cross reference it with my notes. I do not recommend this company for the poor office staff.

I love how that I’ve moved a few times over the years, and just because I’ve moved, doesn’t mean that I have to give up my constant providers. Brady does an awesome job! He will be the guy we use when we purchase a home.
