Kevin was our guy today. We have a very large backyard and he was fast and efficient at getting the job done!! Your weed solution is GREAT!! (Dont change a thing!!!) Our yard hasn't been sprayed since last year and we haven't had any weeds come up. But we like to do preventive maintenance! Thanks Newbys!!

I have had Newby's pest for 3 years and weed control for 2 years now. I can not recommend this company enough. The technician (Jayton) that always does service here is polite, punctual, and knowledgeable.

I had Jayton from Newby's come out and inspect out tree in our back yard as it appeared to have termite damage. He came out was very knowledgeable of the products that would be used and our different options we had. He went through and inspected our home to just to ensure that there was no damage from the termites. I would highly recommend this company and their services.

Newbys did a poor job . Very unprofessional and not responsive to our concerns. We had the spray our gravel areas for weed control. Their tech person over sprayed their product on our stucco siding as high as 3 feet up. We called him after he left and he told us to just spray it off with our house. That's not my job . A year later I can still see where some of the overspray was. They contacted me about doing our property this year and I explained our experience. She told me the owner would call me back about my concerns. He never did. I would not recommend them for any work.

We have used Newby’s (formerly Big Tom’s) for over 2 years for regular pest control and seasonal weed control. They are timely and efficient, easy to contact, and everyone we have worked with has been friendly and hard working. I strongly recommend them for your weed and pest needs.

I contacted Newby’s for an estimate, the office lady was super nice. A technician came out and quoted me $45 more than Bugsy’s, so I declined their services. The technician immediately insulted the other company and told me they use products that don’t work well, don’t do a good job, and I would have to pay them multiple times to respray. I found that extremely distasteful, unprofessional, and immature. I didn’t need to be involved in the bad blood of the weed and bug world. I was just looking for a quote. Really disappointed by this experience.

I have used Big Tom for 2 or 3 years now. They have treated our trees for Bark Beetles and treated our cabin for bugs and spiders. I also had them spray for weeds on 1 occasion. Our technician (Jayton) has always been respectful and professional in every way. I will continue to use them as long as I own my cabin.
