Mucky Boot Pest Control

I was having issues with birds nesting under my solar panels. Mucky Boot installed netting, cleaned all the bird poop, and removed my previously installed bird spikes. They gave me a fair price and were very easy to work with. Highly recommend.

We've tried working with Mucky Boot Pest Control. We've sent multiple texts and called multiple times to try and get them to perform on services we're owed. Between poor communication and unfinished services, I am having a hard time giving more than 2 stars. Edit: Moving up to 5 stars. The owner has been consistent over the last year with every service we've been paying for. I can confidently say that the track record speaks for itself at the point.

Dana was fast to come out and check on our pest problem. He took time to walk around the house and identify any problem areas that we might have. His knowledge and efficiency was impressive and we will be using them again if needed.

We're so grateful to Mucky Boots for helping us with our gopher problem. The gophers were literally driving us crazy and destroying our backyard. They found three distinct tunnel systems in our yard and treated with gas and traps. Problem solved! Will definitely use in future, if needed, and recommend to neighbors.

We had such a positive experience with Dana. We’d reached out to several people this past weekend and he was the only one to pick up the phone (we would’ve called him first, but weren’t sure he’d service our city since it’s a little far from him!) He was thorough in helping us identify the issue (a bird in our vent) and prompt in when he said he’d be able to come. He even gave us actionable steps we could take until he got here. I know people already rave about Dana Mucky Boot Pest Control but I’m here to rave even more. We had invasive Starlings nest in this dryer vent, easily 25’ in the air on the side of our house. I called around and was quoted $500+ for the removal…🤮 I called Dana on a Sat, he answered my call and gave me a quote over the phone (SIGNIFICANTLY less than $500) and he came out on Monday. He was honest, reliable and did an amazing job. He also did a discreet job of not telling my family exactly what was happening to the babies which I’m MORE THAN GRATEFUL for! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for him!

We just had Mucky Boot Pest Control come for a mice problem. 🐭 Dana is really nice working with. I messaged him after 9pm and was there the next day at 1pm. He explain and showed us the possible causes of mice and entry points. He did set up traps and advised us on how to clean properly to avoid contamination and sicknesses. He's a knowledgeable and efficient neighbor. I love working with local business owners. We Also had him for treatments for ants and quarterly insects barriers spray for the house for 1-2 years now. We had Dana come out and install covers for some vents where birds were investigating. He was on time, great with communication, and very professional. We the vent covers look great and will do the job. He also was so great at listening to my other pest concerns and gave great advice. We will definitely be using their services again.

I have birds nesting in my vents. I called and spoke with owner who assured me this was an easy task and he would be out with in 2-3 days. He informed me his price was little high because he had to rent latter that was tall enough. I get that part because is 30 + feet. Well 2-3 days have gone.. 2-3 more. There was no follow up with them which to me is very unreliable. If your an owner of a business and you call your customer back and give a bid, explaining the bid and everyone agrees to move forward, that means move forward or inform me so I can find a real company to complete the task. My opinion is this is a back yard company, unprofessional, unreliable and untrustworthy. I do not recommend using mucky boots based on my experience and the lack of professionalism or common decency to inform me the customer you changed your mind and I should find someone else so the birds don't cause further damage.
