I had my house sprayed for pests the other day. Chris was so helpful and did a great job. We have so many wasps around our house and Chris got all the areas we have problems.

When we first moved in, we had a huge bug issue (earwigs, spiders, etc.) and we went with these guys and it eliminated the problem within days. The pest control is very effective, and those who come to spray are very respectful and efficient. Chris came to spray for us today and he was very kind and he sprayed pretty thoroughly without it taking a super long time. Definitely a positive experience and we’re glad to have the service.

Cliff exterminates our house every quarter, he’s punctual, communicative, reliable. We have seen a decrease in the bugs and mice around the home. It is definitely worth the money to have this company come and take care of your little problems.

The guy that came to aerated our lawn went above and beyond. He called me in the morning to tell me that he would be doing the aeration that day and I asked him if it would be okay because I hadn't raked the leaves up and there was a lot. He said yes there shouldn't be problem. I came home and in my front yard and in my backyard there was two big piles of leaves raked up off to the side so that he could do the aeration. I was not expecting that kind of kindness. That is somebody who goes above and beyond to get his job done to the satisfaction of his client.

Christopher arrived promptly and was very professional. He knocked on the door, introduced himself, and clearly explained what he was going to do. He also asked if there was anything specific I needed addressed. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and thorough with his work. Christopher is definitely an asset to your company!

Chris did a great job. He was told that we had seen a black widow just outside our door. He worked us in and did a great job. He was very nice and accommodating. He also sprayed my lawn with fertilizer. This was not scheduled for today. But he worked it in. Great service😊

I I wasn't home when they came. My cameras show that that came at approximately 9:45 and left around 19:15. I did not see them go into the way back grass area or spray the grass beyond the front sidewalk. I expect to have the entire grass area taken care of. I think it would be hard to cover as much yard as I have, in that length of time. Not very happy.

Technicians are mostly friendly but the company service is not what it used to be as after an application there is no paperwork as to when you can water again also I feel that applications are rushed.Plus I was wondering why I got a structure pest application on Nov 6 after mornings of below freezing temps as most of the bugs are already dead. The prices have increased considerably I don't mind paying as long as I'm getting good service which at this time I'm not a satisfied customer.

Their tech Cliff, called the cops to my house because he saw some dead flys in my garage window. (Not sure why he's trying to look in my windows...) I called and talked to his supervisor, Zach, and was offered no apology, rather, he implied it was somehow my fault because they didn't have a contact number in my file. I cancelled their services.
