Terrible Experience - Do Not Recommend! I hired this pest control service to handle a rat infestation in my home, and I’m beyond frustrated with the results. Despite several visits, the problem did not seem to be taken care of. They used cheap traps (glue traps and like cheese crackers) things I can get at my local grocer. I remember calling them to let them know if they can please step it up with their traps and they let me know that they would note my account for the future services. When th

I had the worst experience working with the Greenix team, from customer service to the actual technician that performed the service. It was super easy for them to have me sign an agreement 5 minutes into my call for a quote and had a technician scheduled to come for my first treatment the very next day. I asked them if I needed to do anything to prep my house for the visit and they said no. The next day the tech shows up and tells me I should have been told to take everything out from my drawer

I would give this company negative stars if I could. When we tried to cancel our contract, “Tevion” (which I doubt is his real name) refused to provide his last name and claimed we’d have to pay an outrageous cancellation fee insisting that all pest control companies operate this way. I’ve used four different pest services before and never encountered anything like this. On top of that, their technicians constantly showed up at dinner time or even later, which was incredibly inconvenient. This
