Absolutely the best pest control company—hands down! After trying another company for just a month, I quickly realized how much better this one is. The difference in service was night and day, and it made me appreciate this team even more! They’ve helped us with wasps, mice, spiders, and all kinds of creepy crawlies—and every time, they’ve been professional, quick, and thorough. What really sets them apart is the people. The technician always makes safety a top priority, especially with kids around, and takes the time to explain everything. Hands down the best! We use smart pest control for our business and they are awesome! Bryce was our technician both times and he went above and beyond to insure that our business is pest free. My husband and I will definitely continue to use this company in the future.
Bryce treated our house, upstairs and basement for roaches and mice 2 times one month. He was informative and professional and personal. We haven’t seen any signs of roaches or mice since the last treatment. We highly recommend the services provided Bryce and the staff of Smart.
I am so pleased with my pest control and lawn service. My lawn is treated to use less water and weed free. My whole yard is weed free because of the great service I receive.
Bryce runs a great company here. He goes above and beyond to ensure that your pest problems are taken care of and is very responsive! I have never had a worry that they weren’t going to make sure our needs were taken care of. The applications they apply are quick and effective! Great news considering I haven’t seen any black widows ever since they’ve started doing regular treatments!
If you pay in advance these guys disappear. Absolutely no followup. Worst customer service I've ever seen. Find anyone else or you'll be sorry.
Don’t waste your time with this company they never come out when they them self schedule the appointment. And when you wait for them to show up Nothing!!! No call nothing. But you will get a call a week later saying they will be there today and still not show up! This is after they up the rates.. poor customer service.
I called and scheduled these guys to come take care of some mice in my home. They scheduled a week out, but when the day came, no one ever showed up. So I called around 4 to see if they were still coming. They rep told me they needed to reschedule due to weather. Ok understandable, but they weren't even going to call and let me know. So they rescheduled for the next day and told me they would be here before noon. By 3 no one had come so I called again. The same guy told me they were still coming and that the tech would call me when he was about on his way. So I stayed home all day waiting. No call. No one came. I called the next day and asked what was going on. He said they tried to call and they stopped by the house. But I had no evidence on my door cam or any missed calls that they tried at all. He told me the owner would contact me and set up a time to come personally. I never got a call. No one ever showed up. So....good luck if you actually want to get something done.

Due to the weather we did have some issues, and unfortunately you somehow fell through the cracks. Our technicians do not have company phones, so the number he did attempt to call from would not have been the same as the one you called to reach the office. The owner would like to come out personally to ensure that you are taken care of. We do normally come out within 2 business days of a requested service. Again we would like to make this right with you, and earn the chance to turn this review into a glowing 5 star if you would be willing.<br>-Office
Great friendly service
Bryce is so knowledgeable and is patient in explaining how the bait works with eradicating mice. He is very thorough and we anticipate great results! He and the office manager, Cherise, were also very helpful and responded immediately to my panicked call when my hound found and ate some of the bait later that day. All is well now and I appreciate their care and attention!
Scheduled these guys to come do a termite inspections, and they said it got done. I never received a invoice or anything. Six months later they call me up saying I owe them money. I would not recommend these guys.

It was a vacant home, we did go out, and do an outside inspection. We had to get a hold of the realtor to get access to the home using a code. We were out twice, and the technician remembers the home clearly. If you are needing a copy of the paperwork, we can provide it for you.<br>Our technician still has 6 pictures of the property, all time stamped with evidence of the termites and damage.

Bryce was amazing. He took on a job that no one else was willing to take on. We paid another company with no results. We had a very aggressive bee issue .Even resulted in a death of a dog. Bryce went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of. Thanks

**May 2021 UPDATE** My service tech, Mr. Reeves, was prompt, had a professional appearance, was polite and knowledgeable. He did not shilly-shally around and the moment he got out of his service vehicle, he properly addressed the regular business at hand and asked if I had any special or new concerns. Really a well done service visit, thank you! Eric did a great job! Thank you for sending him out! He treated our seasonal bug problem and did a thorough application! Good hire!

This pest control business was not able to rid my house of the mice and pests. When we moved in we had destruction to our house, due to mice. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

We would love to hear more from you, our Quarterly services come with a 90 day warranty where the client can call us, and have a technician out within 24-48 hours. We tried to pull up the home, but we don't have a client under your displayed name that has reported any issues. To date, we haven't lost a client or home due to us not being able to rid them of mice.
The worst company! Predatory! I asked for a termite inspection and I got a sales call. When I told them I didn't want to pay their exorbitant amount of money for nothing they wanted to charge me $100 for showing up. Ridiculous! Edit apparently this review was too short and not clear to the owner of the company so I shall expound. First a clarification, my insurance man told me that if you have termites this company has the solution. My experience with them says that instead of being happy with the limited number of people in Cedar City that needs their service they are trying to expand their business by selling termite treatments to people "just in case". I purchased my home several years ago and I noticed before purchasing some old termite damage on a garage door. The damage was minor and there were no termites to be found. Fast forward to this year, my insurance man said it would be a good idea to have an inspection done anyway just to be sure. So I called this company to arrange it. Their salesman came out. I showed him the old damage and told him that I wanted him to do an inspection to make sure there were no current termites. He stood there and started to explain to me how my insurance company would not pay for termite damage and then he broke into a sales pitch how I should spend thousands of dollars with them treating for termites. He did not walk around the property he did not go inside the house he did not look anywhere other than the one spot I showed him, which was many years old without termites. I told him I wanted an inspection not a sales call and I was not interested in treating something that did not exist. When I received a bill from the company I sent them an email explaining what happened. Their resolution was to tell me they would send another person out. Based on my experience with the first guy I told the lady that I did not want them back at my home and that I would call one of their competitors for an inspection if I decided it was necessary. I got another phone call requesting a payment for their visit I explained again that I did not get an inspection I got a sales call and I was not going to to pay. And then another one..... By the last one I was so angry that I yelled at the lady that called me requesting a credit card. Finally the owner called me and apologized for my experience and agreed to delete my bill. After he saw my one-star review, which I wrote because of being harassed for something I didn't receive, he then called me again and told me he was not going to delete my bill unless I took my one-star review off. Did I mention predatory?! He threatened me!!! As you can probably imagine I didn't take that very well. And hence my response to his response to my one-star review. According to my insurance agent who intervened the owner has again agreed to delete my bill.

We had scheduled your appointment after you reached out and requested a termite inspection. Our Termite inspections are a flat rate of $100 in the Cedar City area. You are saying we did a sales call with exorbitant prices. We always offer solutions for our clients for protection against Termites. The appointment and price was agreed to and completed on the 3rd of July.<br><br>On the 13th of July at 1:06pm you sent an email telling us you felt we did not complete the full service. At 1:27pm our Office Manager responded asking how we can rectify the situation, and if we could send out a separate technician.<br><br>You did not respond.<br><br>On the 14th of August (Friday) our office staff called to try and get a card for the service charge that you agreed to. You immediately began to cuss her out and tell her that we did not do our job. She was not involved in the situation, and eventually had to ask you to please stop yelling at her and speaking to her in such a rude manner. She told you we would have the owner reach out.<br>On the 17th of August (Monday) the owner did attempt to reach you, and left you a message.<br><br>You did not respond<br><br>On August 19th, the owner attempted to call you again, and left another message, this time telling you that we did not appreciate a review that called us predatory when that was clearly not the case. You called back and after he explained to you the process of the inspection, you began to yell at the owner, and call him a liar. He offered to come out personally and redo an inspection for you AND waive the charge.<br><br>You REFUSED, and hung up without resolution
They will bill you with no service being done but they will refund your money if you let them know. And then just show up out of the clear blue and tell your and tell your tenant says routine without even contacting you after you told them contact me before going over

Mr. Eason it looks like we have you set up on a quarterly program. in which you and your tenant are sent a text 3 days as well as the night before the service. you should also be receiving a confirmation email. this is the first we have heard of this problem,and cant find any record of a refund and have yet to receive payment for the last service provided. in the future we would like the chance to resolve the problem before a negative review is left.<br><br>We have followed up with your tenant, and she has been happy with the service, and has had no issues or complaints.<br>Please contact us at your earliest convenience, as we have attempted to contact you but your Voice Mail is full, and we have not been able to get a hold of you.
Both for myself, and my sister, this company has been nothing but a hassle. They showed up randomly, unannounced, on multiple occasions at my house to the point that we cancelled our "service" with them. They came to my sister's house while she was out of the country, after she had called them, emailed, and texted that she wanted the service rescheduled this time. When she talked to the owner, she was told that according to the agreement, the homeowner is not required to be home for the service to happen, even though she had requested through multiple lines of communication that they reschedule the service for this quarter. She has now cancelled services with them as well. Needless to say, due to the lack of responsiveness and communication, I would recommend staying away from this company until they get it together.
