I had a recent situation involving MD Property Services, and I want to give credit where it’s due. Their management team responded quickly, communicated clearly, and handled everything professionally. I really appreciate how seriously they took it and their willingness to make things right. That level of responsiveness and accountability says a lot about a company.

Excellent company

We had a lot of flooding in our back yard and also flowing into our neighbor's yard. . We have a pool so we weren't sure if the problem was the pool or sprinklers. After several tests we figured it was the sprinklers so I called MD. Within minutes they found the problem and fixed it which was very simple. A few days later it flooded again so I called them again and they came over the same day. They found another problem and fixed it. Two weeks later we were on vacation when I got a text from my neighbor below saying we were flooding again. I called Alec and he sent someone over immediately and they cut back on the watering time. How grateful I was for MD helping me out when I was out of town. They also help with fall cleanup and are immaculate. I've had other companies help me with this and then I have had to clean up after them. As you can tell, I'm a fan of MD.

Prompt response when a water main broke at our house. Crew responded immediately and the job was completed in very short order. The crew did a nice job of cleaning everything up and even putting our decorative rock back in place. Job well done!

MD Property Services, Inc. is a great company to work with. They do the landscaping for our entire community, including snow removal. I never have to worry about how our property looks from the street, nor do I need to worry about getting out of my driveway. You'll not be disappointed if you use them for your properties, either.

We have been with MD Property for over 6 years and never had a time that we have not been happy with their work. They are efficient, fast and clean up the yard to our satisfaction. The crew's are always friendly, courteous, and very professional. We feel at ease when they’re here working on our yard.

MD Property came and tackled my mess of a yard, getting out all the weeds, trimming bushes, trimming the grass around my fruit trees, and hauled all of the weeds, including a small chicken coop away. It looks amazing! I wish I had taken before pics to compare the amazing difference! Would definitely recommend and would use again!

Overcharge for their service and they barely do the bare minimum. Part of their contract is to maintain weeds and plants on my property and they don't do anything other than mow. Worst property management ever.

*UPDATE* to no one’s surprise, another thing this company worked on is broken. This is issue like…. 5 or 6 from MD landscaping. I’m just shocked they are even a legit company at this point. *original review* Our home builder hires this company for all landscaping. I am honestly shocked edge homes hired them. We’ve been in our home for 7 months and in that 7 months, they’ve dug up our internet line 2 times, cracked our concrete, and most recently (yesterday) turned off the water to our house without telling us. They turned it off at 11 am, and now it’s 7:30 am the next morning and it’s still off. There has been 0 communication as to why it’s off, how long it will be off, nothing. I have 2 kids & 2 dogs in my home. We cannot live with our water being off. And funny enough, it’s completely illegal to a shut water off with no communication. And there has not been 1 single person from MD landscaping who has communicated a single thing to me or my husband. I’m beyond upset with MD landscaping and will be in contact with edge homes to make sure they stop hiring them.

They mow at my HOA and last week they didn’t blow off lawn clippings from driveway. It’s fine i pulled out my blower and cleared concrete. I did not say anything. 1 week later and I’m sitting on porch with my kid and MD employee blew the stuff all over while I’m here. I tried to stop them but he just smiled and blew stuff. I guess the shower I just took wasn’t good enough. I need to wash the dust off myself now.

On the 3rd floor is Pure Infusions. They are amazing. So kind and helpful.

Worst landscape company ever. We moved into a new home in a new subdivision and I had the privilege of seeing how this company operates. Their workers literally put the new grass and bark in over the construction debris. They didn’t put water on any plants when they planted them and most of our plants died. I tried to talk to the workers to fix it but none of them spoke English so I couldn’t communicate with them. Just one drive through our subdivision is all it would take for any person to be convinced on how horrible their work is. I strongly recommend anyone to find a different landscaping company if you want any sort of quality work.

Unprofessional and dishonest company. They certainly didn’t care how poor quality their work was. They show up when they want, they don’t do half of the work, and they try to overcharge and cheat. Beware and pay attention of what they are billing for. This used to be a good company but now MD deserves a -1 star. The good employees have all left. Go somewhere else.

This company is contracted to take care of the landscaping for our development. There has been black slime mold and bald patches for months, and despite numerous requests from the HOA to resolve this issue, and visits to the site from the company, there has been no effort to fix these issues. On top of that, they run the sprinklers more often than needed, making our backyard a swamp and a breeding ground for this mold they refuse to remove. They do not seem to actually care about their work or their customers.

I’m a little bummed about my situation. I saw MD Properties at the home show and was super impressed by them. When I called them to ask for an assement of my house, they got back to me quickly. I met with Francisco and had a good chat about my yard. But that was 2 weeks ago. They said it would take a week or so to figure out a bid. I tried emailing them and haven’t gotten a response. They won’t call me back. I was looking forward to working with them but am frustrated by them being flaky. Update 7/19/19: This company never got back to me. I am sad that they impressed me at the home show but never followed through,

md landscaped our yard last spring. When it was almost finished there was a huge rainstorm and there was a huge pool of water in our yard. I made them come back and grade it better. We kept telling them we didn’t think the grading was good and they kept saying that it wouldn’t flood. They ended up charging us almost 4K to grade it which we were quoted 1500ish. Our yard is constantly flooding. I am so dissatisfied. I’ve called 3 times and always told someone would get back to me. Never heard back. I’ve left messages for the supervisor on his personal cell and no response. I can’t believe we would pay 16 k for a yard that floods constantly!!! I wish they would call back and help make it right. What is so frustrating is I told them I was willing to pay whatever needed to grade properly. They just tried to rush through without quality.

I rarely leave reviews but I would NEVER use this company again. We had SUCH a horrible experience with them. they gave us estimates for holiday lights but then billed us for much higher and would not compromise. Their staff was unprofessional. They say "Your Satisfaction- our Top Priority." Nothing could be further from the truth. If I could given them zero stars, I would.

We called to get a quote and they came and measured... I had to call them to get the quote, because it took them nearly two weeks for us to hear back from them. Then, when we scheduled for them to come work on our back yard, they simply didn't show up. When I called to ask what was going on, they informed me that they were "still trying to figure it out." I argued that I had it scheduled for today, and asked what was there to figure out. So flaky. We finally cancelled the service with them and are going with someone else. Awful customer service.

By far the worst experience I have ever had with a landscaping company. Unfortunately, my subdivision uses them and there is nothing I can do about that. Which is probably why they couldn't care less about the people in the subdivision. I have called and emailed MD about these problems and have yet to hear back from them. The 2 most recent issues with them entail them killing my lawn in the backyard and destroying the bushes that sit in front of our house. I had to go out of my way to replant grass in a few big areas that they killed in my backyard last year. This year, I had finished some stone work in the front of my house for a raised area to plant bushes and flowers. I spent about $300 on the plants. Finished planting them on a Saturday night. By Monday afternoon, the freshly planted bushes were destroyed by MD because they thought it would be a good idea to trim bushes in the beginning of July without telling anyone. Judging from the complaints from everyone else in the subdivision, they ruined a lot of other people's bushes as well. This is the second time they have done this to me. 2 years ago, they trimmed freshly planted bushes within a week of my planting them. One of them died completely and had to be replaced. This would not be a big deal if they would communicate and tell us when they are going to trim so we can rope off the area or leave signs up saying don't trim. But since they don't really care about customers that are stuck with them due to being in an HOA, there is not much that can be done - except hope that this review deters others from hiring them.
