I have been doing business with Orkin long time , but they changed with in the last year when it comes to appointments, hard to get hold of them in the office on the phone, last time they gave me an appointment, & canceled without notification not even a phone call, technician is sick , they supposed to call to reschedule & the lady on the phone said no appointment for another wk , but next day all of sudden appt available so , they must be short of staff & all calls forward to few people more

Initial inspection and both men were very friendly and knowledgeable about termites and their life systems, prices that would be involved and explained fully and comprehensively. The man that came and did the work was professional and was very systematic in how he worked. He had many years of experience and appeared to do a very thorough job. I was very happy with everything and would recommend using Orkin.

I called about a warranty issue and needed to schedule a service call. I called 3 times and was told that I would get a call back but never got one. I finally got a visit scheduled and they never showed up. I called to speak to a manager and they put me on hold and hung up. Complete waste of time and it looks like they won't stand behind their warranty.
