They never came inside to spray when I called to have them come out the cant work with me on time slots and they don't do Saturday appointments she said cause her family is more important than my business and she said I did call a family owned business so I am welcome to find another company. Not very good customer service.

The service that was completed on 7/9/19 is a service that is just done on the exterior of your home. That application is warrantied for 90 days, so that if you do start to have issues on the inside of your home with in that 90 days then we will come back and treat the inside as well as re-treat the outside. On the initial appointment you stated that there was not an issue on the inside of your home. We did try to work with you on a time slot and you refused to take the 2 hour window that we offered. It is customary in the pest control industry to offer time windows for the tech to arrive. We offer 30 minute notification to let you know when he is on the way. We offered you several options to meet your time constraints. We even scheduled you at a later time frame then what we normally offer on a regular basis, because you said that you get home at 4:30. We also never said that our family is more important than your business. We did however state that we do not work on the weekends because we are a family owned and operated business. All of our employees do have families and we value the time that our employees spend with their families. And to what was said about finding another company, If you are not happy with the service that we provided and if you are not satisfied with the time windows that we offer or if we are not able to accommodate the time constraints that you have, then yes you are more than welcome to find another company that is able to accommodate your needs. We here at Home Run value customer satisfaction and our services are 100% guaranteed, so for that reason, we have refunded the full amount of the services, terminated your account and voided the warranty, so that you can find another company that is better able to meet your expatiation's.<br><br>Signed,<br>Jennifer Simpson<br>Home Run Pest and Termite<br>Office Manager
