This company continues to go above and beyond! They not only took care of the immediate problem, but also followed the insect trail to the source and eliminated it. I'm giving them five stars because their services are outstanding and their staff professional and polite. I highly recommend Top-O-Texas and understand why they're #1 in Wichita Falls, TX.

I used to live in an apartment complex that uses this company, moved 2 weeks ago. I am planning to call them for a quote as I have seen bugs around the house. Amazing service! When I lived in the apartment all bugs appeared dead. Year where crickets were all over town… all dead as soon as they crawled inside the place. Once a spider appeared on the ceiling and they arrived next day to spray again: problem solved. On top of that they explained to me how the spider might got in and left glue traps to place behind the toilet and all the places they recommended me to. Once again: problem solved.. never saw a spider again. They are very VERY patient and professional. Highly recommended!

We had a terrible experience with this business. We scheduled an appointment for pest control between 3:00-5:00 p.m., but no one showed up. My husband rearranged his schedule and left work early to be home for when they arrived, which ended up being a complete waste of his time, because they never came. To make matters worse, when we tried to contact them to find out what was going on, no one answered. We are very disappointed and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. Edited to add: I called again and spoke with a man (I believe he said his name was Ken), who berated me, and said I tarnished their reputation with this review. When I told him that we would not be using their services, he said, “Right, just like I wouldn’t stop if I saw you on fire on the side of the road.”

There was a scheduling error and you were put on the schedule for Friday.<br>We didn't have any missed calls. We would have given you a 50% discount<br>for our mistake. I understand though. I called someone for service and they didn't<br>show up. I was upset too. All I did was call them back and reschedule.<br> However I now see how cathartic it is to blast them online, destroy the reputation<br>of a 70 year old small business and maybe, hopefully, get someone fired. I now see<br>how that would have made me feel much better. People who make mistakes should be excoriated publicly and their family's source of income should suffer. Thank you for your valuable input.

Amazing job taking care of our bed bug issues. The owner, Ken, is very knowledgeable and we haven’t seen a single bug since they treated. Can’t recommend enough!
