Dewayne Inglish was absolutely wonderful! He came to my house the same day I called and took care of the problem right away. He was incredibly professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I called up to ask about pricing for treatment in my home, and I was very impressed with how professional the staff was! The lady who helped me (I think she said her name was Tia?) was super friendly and helpful, and answered all of my questions and was very patient while I explained my issues. I’m still calling around for pricing, but Shoops is definitely at the top of the list so far! It’s definitely hard to find good customer service these days, but the staff there seems to be fantastic! I had my house sprayed by Shoops for german roaches not once but twice and once or twice many years ago, in which I had this same problem with the service provided, but the owner called me and made it right. This lady that called me this morning was VERY unprofessional, she spoke loudly on the phone making sure to talk over me and didn’t resolve the issue. I do believe they are literally spraying a watered down chemical to keep us customers coming back and do NOT stand behind their work at all. They’d sprayed twice within a three to three in a half week span. I am still seeing bugs. Saying it could take six months, six moths for a small bug problem? Yeah! That’s a joke. I surely couldn’t use them if I had an infestation, simply put the chemical is not working. Is it raid that’s being used? because Orkin knocks the problem right out. I should’ve stayed with them. I will be going back now. The representative keeps trying to get me to pay for a more advanced treatment and I would’ve if I had a major problem, this is just a way to scam customers out of more money. I paid Shoops $161 for nothing. I had a small bug problem, and I would only see a bug here or there. This company won’t be around much long taking advantage of customers that are bringing them business. I will NEVER use this company again there is no guarantee with the work they provide. The lady answering the phones for this company should be cut she is too feisty and bad for your business. A professional should NEVER start over talking the customer, it’s us that’s keeping you in business. Remember that, Great business tip!
