I asked for local recommendations on Facebook for pest control for what Texans call water bugs which have been bad at our house this year due to the weather. I’m from up north and those giant things freak me out even though I know they’re not uncommon down here. I was suggested Big Jon’s Pest Control. I called and explained the issue I was having and Jon offered various options and services they have. I felt their prices were reasonable and he was very upfront and honest with his recommendations. It’s a local business and he was very knowledgeable and explained to me how the products work. I like that his products are safe for pets as well.

Most people are so inundated with work or life that they forget just how important it is sometimes when a customer is having a really hard time and really needs a little extra attention and understanding. John is the man knows what it takes to get it done and is not afraid and unapologetically shares it great guy awesome, Christian highly recommend and we always do business with him.
