This business advertises sales all over marketplace but when you go to the store they charge you an increased price. They’re able todo the be this because they have no price list and don’t mark any prices in the store. They take advantage of the average DIY person by increasing prices when customers are unaware of the products. Reply to the owner. Unfortunately I don't believe this is a misunderstanding. This has happened to me both times I've been in your store on two different products.

Hey Trevor I'm the owner of the business and this absolutely is not how we conduct our business and I'm very sorry you had that experience. If a store staff member didn't honor an advertised price it's because they may not have been aware of a price change, not out of dishonesty. I am regularly having to adjust prices in this market to be able to compete with the online market as well as adjust to promotional and season price changes from manufacturers and Distributors. If you look at our reviews across the board we have a perfect reputation for honest and reliable products and services. Please let me know what I can personally do to resolve this for you and I will make sure you get exactly what you need. Our prices on 90% of our inventory stays the same year after year with little to no change. However, seasonal products fluctuate heavily, especially petroleum based products, and products that are effected by global economy. Our marketplace sales are strictly for products that are heavily affected by season, and availability, but we honor those prices in store 100%, this is clearly a misunderstanding. <br>.<br>Trevor, in the interest of responding to feedback, as a business owner I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to hear your situation and provide you with a solution, and have the opportunity to better train my staff to ensure no one else has an experience like yours. I highly recommend this shop. From my experience, Talon is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and reliable when it comes to pest control. He really knows what he’s doing and takes the time to make sure the job is done right the first time. What I appreciate most is how thorough he is. He doesn’t just rush through the work—he actually takes the time to explain what the issue is, what he’s doing to fix it, and how to prevent it from happening again. That kind of honesty and attention to detail is hard to find. Talon is also just a great person to deal with. He’s friendly, respectful, and clearly cares about helping people. You can tell he takes pride in his work and wants you to feel confident and comfortable. If you need someone you can trust for pest control, this shop and Talon is absolutely what I would recommend.

Jordan was very knowledgeable and informative. He told me exactly what kind of ants I had and how to get rid of them. He recommended I use extinguish for fire ants A bait, which the ants went straight for and began devouring immediately. If you're a DIY guy, this is the place to go.

The pest shop was very informative and able to help me identify the pest problem, I showed them, then gave me the pesticides needed along with detailed instructions on how to use them when I got home they also made sure I knew where their information was located on their product.
