I live in an apartment and the person employed by this company knocked on my door, and in the 30 seconds it took me to get to the door and answer it, I saw him getting into his truck and leaving the property. Very unprofessional and irritating to have a pest problem that is not being taken seriously enough for this man to want to do his job.
Came out for wasp control and found areas where squirrels were gnawing to get in my roof. Fixed that with metal coverings and paint and sprayed for wasps around enclosed patio. Wasps used the expressway (😊) to continue getting in. Came out again and caulked glass areas and used poison powder again One last trip after more wasps came in and we finally found the opening. Caulked again and no wasps. Thank you Dylan for being s dedicated and determined professional. Stopped the squirrels and wasps.
These guys aren't just exterminators, they are more like family now. I have been using this company for a few years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They come out whenever you call them, even id they arent scheduled. They always go over and beyond their expectation. I love these guys and will be with them for many more years. Cody is awesome. Always on time! Great with communication on the scheduling, and that is very important for people in the service industry. He has been keeping my property bug free for many years. Always willing to listen to my concerns and always has a plan if I’m having any new problems.

Been with this company since 1992 and have never had a problem with scheduling or bugs. Cody and Chad are on top of everything. I’ve called them out for ants after the rain in my yard to skunks. Best investment ever.
