I had a great experience with Its Bugs or Us! The costumer service was top tier and they got me in a few hours after I called! I was having a terrible ant infestation and after they came and sprayed my home I haven’t seen any ants, spiders, or bugs since!! I will definitely be using them for all my bug needs! So happy with there results! The price was fair, and I Highly recommend using them!

On time. Affordable. The technician, Sean, was very professional, explained what he was going to do and answered my questions concerning the chemicals used. After he finishes, inside and outside of the house, he explained what he found. He wiped down 4 wasp nest. I did see him out side with a LONG pole brush knocking the neat from our 2nd floor evea. Thank you for such a job well done and well educated technician. This is our 5th year with It's Bugs or Us. I think the yearly contract is affordable. Maddy calls me every quarter to schedule my appointment. Very good company!!

When we 1st moved to Weatherfird we were looking for a bug service go and I called 3. After talking to each one, Maddi at Bugs or Us gave me the warmest friendliest feeling so I thought we’d try them. I’m soooo glad we did!!!! Aaron was our exterminator and he was amazing. Unfortunately we ended up with a bad case of bed bugs. My dad’s room was infested. My brother and sister law decided we needed a heat treatment and chemical treatment. So they picked bugs or us. Aaron was great. He was kind and understanding. He explained everything. He walked me through the process. We had a bit of a hang up when the cats made it back in the house but he was patient while someone was able to make it home to get them back into the garage. Bed bugs are never a fun thing. And they aren’t an over night be gone bug. But when you do the heat treatment and chemical treatment you will end up successful in the end. We did have to have another spray a week later but 2 days later things are better. While I hope it’s never for bed bugs again we will definitely use them again for our pest needs.

They are always very professional and very nice!!!! We have enjoyed every service tech that has come to our home!! They have always given us retreatments when we were concerned about scorpions in our house near our boys rooms. They are fast to respond and always on time. They have been out for 2 incidents. Both times they handled the problem in a timely manner and were upfront with what needed to be done without recommending more than was needed. Definitely recommend these guys! Tim and Nick (the owner) have both been out and have been a pleasure to work with in a bit so fun situation!
