Technician Ryan was awesome. He was very thorough explaining everything he was going to do and what the family could do to help. He took his time examining all the areas of the problem and assured me our dogs would be safe with the pesticide. So far I'm extremely happy with the service. Now let's hope this does the trick.

I want to give 5 stars to Terry Roberson for the amazing service he provided at my house. He was thorough, professional, and did an excellent job. Unfortunately, I’m giving the company 2 stars overall because the quality of the quarterly pest control service has been inconsistent. Different technicians are assigned to my home each time, and the level of service varies significantly depending on who comes out. I hope management takes a closer look at this and makes consistency and quality of service a priority across all technicians. Terry is a great example of the level of service customers should receive every visit.

Sure guard always does a good job for me. They do both the inside of the house, but also do the outside and clean off any bug residue from under the eves and around windows.
