One of my worst nightmares having a rat in my house with little kids around. Well, didn't know how it got in until TJ pointed it out and showed us all the entry points rats could easily come into our house. Review for Legendary– Roach Control Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars Let me start by saying that dealing with a roach infestation was one of the most stressful experiences I’ve ever had as a homeowner. If you’re reading this and going through the same thing, I completely understand how frustrating and unsettling it feels. Thankfully, I found Legendary, and they completely turned things around for me. The Issue: About month ago, I started noticing a few cockroaches in my kitchen. At first, it was just one or two, usually at night — but within a couple of weeks, I was seeing them more frequently and in more places: under the sink, near the fridge, in the bathroom, even in the hallway. I tried every store-bought spray and trap you can imagine. Nothing worked. In fact, it felt like things were getting worse. That’s when I decided it was time to call in a professional. The First Contact: I reached out to Legendary after reading several glowing reviews online. Their customer service was excellent right off the bat. They asked detailed questions about what I’d been seeing, when it started, and where I’d seen the most activity. They scheduled an inspection for the very next day, and that responsiveness immediately gave me some peace of mind. Not only that they were the cheapest. The Inspection: The technician, Troy (TJ the owner) showed up exactly on time. He was extremely polite, professional, and — most importantly — knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the behavior of roaches, the different types, and why over-the-counter treatments often fail to eliminate infestations. What really stood out was that he didn’t try to scare me into a sale or upsell unnecessary treatments. He was calm, honest, and informative. He conducted a very thorough inspection, checking behind appliances, under sinks, inside cupboards, and around baseboards. He even removed a kickplate under the stove and found the beginnings of a nest — something I never would have known was there. The Treatment: We agreed to a two-stage treatment plan. The first visit involved a combination of gel bait, growth regulators (to stop breeding), and targeted sprays in key problem areas. The products were clearly professional-grade — not what you’d find at a hardware store — and everything was done carefully and safely, especially since I have small grandkids. He sprayed all around the outside of my home. They didn’t just spray and go — they sealed off cracks, placed bait in hidden areas, and gave me clear instructions on how to avoid disrupting the treatment’s effectiveness. The Results: The difference was noticeable within days. I went from seeing roaches daily to seeing just one or two weak or dying ones by the end of the first week. Within two weeks, I wasn’t seeing any at all. The follow-up visit was just as thorough. This time the brother came out didn't get a chance to catch his name shame on me. He checked all the bait stations, reapplied in a few high-risk areas, and confirmed that there was no sign of active infestation. They even provided me with knowledge of things to do around the house to reduce the risk of future issues — tips on food storage, humidity control, and reducing clutter. What I Loved: • Professionalism: Every person I spoke with, from the office staff to the technician, was courteous, punctual, and respectful. • Transparency: I was never left in the dark. They explained every step and followed up with detailed visit summaries. • Effectiveness: Simply put, it worked. Their treatment did exactly what they said it would do — eliminate the roaches completely. • Peace of Mind: For the first time in weeks, I could cook in my kitchen and sleep at night without worrying about roaches crawling around.I can now walk in my kitchen at night turn on the light and see not one roach..thank u lord the problem is resolved. Final Thoughts: If you’re struggling with cockroaches, don’t waste time and money on DIY solutions that barely scratch the surface. Lengendary gave me back my home.
