Dan from Action Services Wildlife & Pest Control did outstanding work for us. Our yard was being destroyed by armadillos, and we had tried another company as well as self-applied deterrents with no success. Dan came out to inspect the property, talked me through all the behavioral patterns of the animals, and explained exactly what his trapping and camera package would entail and what the price would be (a much more reasonable price than I had paid to the other company that had failed to trap any armadillos). He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and he did not attempt to pressure me or sell me additional products or services beyond what I needed. Throughout the process, he was quick to respond by text and with in-person trap inspections whenever I contacted him. Best of all, he was able to trap and remove six armadillos from my property within a week, relieving a major source of aggravation. I highly recommend Dan and Action Services for anyone dealing with animal pests.

Dan has been great — he guided me on how to trap the skunks that were tearing up my yard and spraying my dog. He’s knowledgeable about animal habits, habitats, and pest control in general. He’s also been responsive, prompt, and reasonably priced — a real lifesaver during my skunk infestation.

I moved into a house and that night I could hear something in my attic. It was really loud and pretty scary. I called Action Services as soon as they opened the next morning and had someone at my door shortly. I had raccoons! Gerald closed up all the access holes and put cages over my chimney etc. After everything was buttoned up he set up a trap and got the raccoons. I also have bug problems and he sprays every 3 months. Always super nice and prompt. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Dan and Gerardo do great work. They are quick to respond when I call and are thorough, spraying inside and outside the house. A day or so later I began to notice the roaches were dead, or not coming in at all. I highly recommend this company.

Wouldn't call anyone else. I have used Action Services for 4yrs now and have received the best customer service from Dan and Gerardo. Gerardo walks me through any areas of concern and explains every step of my services. We had a huge and I mean HUGE issue with rats after a neighboring property burned down. I called and text every time I heard a peep, 4am was not unusual... I don't do mice and rats!! Gerardo took my text message and was there at first light. Within 2 weeks the entire problem was solved, daily checks of traps, sealing access points, new insulation blown in our attic and no mess. Awesome job. Now I keep semi annual appointments for routine spraying and inspection and couldn't be more pleased. UPDATE**11/2/22 - Still the best in town and responsiveness it on point. No task is too large or small.

I had an armadillo issue, tearing up my yard. They setup traps and cameras the same day I called then checked them both daily sending me photos of what the cameras captured. So far they caught two of them! Super friendly staff, great service for the price!
