Terrible!!! If I could give less than one stare I would! This joke of a home/ termite inspector, inspected our "move in ready" home June 2016. After moving into the home In August 2016 we found out that our pipes from the main bath half way to the septic were busted every 6" to a foot. A week later we found an active termite infestation in one of our walls. That same week we had our first rain since moving in a quickly found out that we had two roof leaks. In November when it finally got cool enough to use the heater we found out that our heater trips the main breaker in the utility room. After having the HVAC inspector come back out to look at the issue it was determined by them and an electrician that this so called "home/termite inspector" didn't catch that the wiring used to go to the heating unit from the breaker was to small as well as the breaker being to small. Due to all these issues we now have just over $8,000 in damages that should have been caught by this so called "home/termite inspector". For som one paying $180,000 on a move in ready home, none of these issues should have ever gotten past the "inspector". HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WORTHLESS PEICE OF CRAP!!!!!!
