I’ve been a customer of Pest Solution for about two years. During that time, everything was fine because I was simply receiving my routine quarterly sprays. However, once I had a real pest issue that required more than a standard maintenance visit, the level of customer service changed dramatically. For the past 4–5 months, I’ve been dealing with beetles in my bathroom that have now spread upstairs. Throughout this entire process, I repeatedly called the office, left voicemail after voicemail, and it often took days for Jody, the supervisor, to return my calls if she returned them at all. I constantly had to follow up instead of receiving timely communication. During those 4–5 months, the only solution I was repeatedly given was to continue sending photos and videos of the bugs. I sent multiple photos and videos, but I was continually told they weren’t sufficient. What is most frustrating is that no other solution was ever offered. At no point did anyone suggest having a technician come to my home to inspect the bugs, collect a specimen for proper identification, or take additional steps to determine exactly what type of beetle I was dealing with. Instead, I continued receiving routine spray treatments while the underlying problem remained unresolved. After 4–5 months, the beetles spread from my downstairs bathroom to my upstairs bedroom. I believe this situation could have been addressed much sooner if there had been better communication, better follow-up, and a more proactive effort to identify the pest instead of repeatedly asking for more pictures and videos. Routine quarterly sprays are one thing, but when I needed help with an actual pest problem, I expected responsive customer service, effective communication, and a genuine effort to solve the problem. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and that’s why I can no longer recommend Pest Solution.

Joshua was very professional, arrived with a smile on his face and a firm handshake. Patrolled the whole home first to access everything and then treated the home thoroughly. Very satisfied!

This has been absolutely the worst customer service experience that I’ve ever encountered with ANY business. This company has given me the run around since last Friday with not even the common decency to let someone know that you can’t do the job that you advertise to do.

Amazing company to deal with. Quick responses and great people. Doesn’t matter who you talk to or who comes out, you’re getting great service.

When it comes to pest control, I want a company that I never have to think about. When I saw them today, I realized that I NEVER think about them - which is exactly what should happen. These guys are amazing at what they do. Their team is very professional and courteous and we never see bugs around the office. Definitely would recommend them for home or business pest control.
