Unprofessional they lie to there customers about simple things that don’t matter, my original tech that had been coming for years stopped coming they had told me that he retired from doing pest control, come to find out they fired him and there not telling anybody the simple truth Transparency is a very important virtue why need to lie about something when the truth would have had the same outcome, I have stopped using this company due to this fact and I truly hope this post sheds some light to the ownership of this company and makes them open there eyes on how a customer could see things differently once lied too -RD

We’re sorry you feel you were misled, but we would like to clarify that the tech was not fired. He chose to leave Citi Cash and did not tell us what his plans were. Based on the information available to us at the time, we understood that he was planning to retire soon.<br><br>Out of respect for the privacy of current and former employees, we do not discuss personnel matters with customers.
