From Anita with scheduling — to Ismael, the actual technician, service was professional, quick, responsive & effective. Everyone was so kind & efficient.

Ismael, was great! Actually answered my questions, sprayed in and outside the home . Giving the above and beyond service. I would definitely recommend Ismael and only him.

We were supposed to have an exterminator come today between 10 and 12. He showed up at 818 in the morning. I said I was just about to leave to take my son to school and that our time window was 10-12 as agreed upon last week. He said, "What do you want me to do, go take a nap?" I said no, I just need you to come back during our agreed window so I can take my son to school. He left, then I received a text from someone working for his company saying he wouldn't be back today at all and I'd have to reschedule. If you live in the Spring/Woodlands area, avoid Kingsman Exterminators if you can. I don't usually rant about places online, but this sounds absurd to me. They also said they were going to show up on Friday, 2/13, a day we had not agreed on at all but we got here and stayed here for hours since they said they were on the way and would arrive in 40 minutes. When they hadn't arrived several hours later I called and was told they accidentally sent that text and weren't coming at all that day.

Mel was very nice and personable. Checked in with me to see if I had any questions or other issues. Service was quick.

We cancelled our 15 year plus service with one of the Big extermination companies for Kingsman Pest. We are Not disappointed!! Great friendly service that keeps the bugs away!!!

Anita provided great customer service, and Kyle got me taken care of in less than 30 minutes, and returned my house key to the same spot- I know It may have not been a major job that I needed, but as someone with over 10 years of customer service experience myself, they made me feel more than comfortable talking to them and I am very glad I called Kingsman! 100% recommended

Update: the company responded to this review with their policy of respray within 30 days. However, when I asked Anita about whether I would be charged or not, she read my message and did not respond. I know she read it because it said “read” underneath the text. She did not answer my question, and still sent someone out to spray. Additionally, the ants and wasp nests were not treated (and these are two of the concerns I mentioned to Anita). Original post: We signed up expecting the $135 quarterly fee to cover three months. When we needed support after just 1.5 months, we were charged the full amount again. I asked Anita if we’d be charged, but she never gave me an answer and still sent someone out. I didn’t expect a free visit, but I also didn’t expect to pay the full quarterly rate again—especially since the last service was on 2/14/24 and today is only 4/2/25. When I reached out, Anita didn’t show concern about our request to pause services.

We have been battling rats in our house and losing, so we contacted Kingsman. Kyle came out and did a free inspection on our house and explained what needed to be done, including showing me photos of the entry points around the house that needed to be covered. He is so kind and easy to talk to and most importantly, he was fair and honest. He gave me tips to trap the ones already inside and a fair price for the exclusion work on the house. (He also had a fun conversation with my 11yr old son...lol) He came back and covered the holes and now the rodents are locked out. He did such a great job and was a pleasure to work with. I really hope more people call him for their pest problems. He's the one to get. :) Thank you, Kyle!!

We had a wasp nest in our chimney. Kyle took a look and gave us a few options, including contacting a different professional. He seems to be honest and fair. We ended up going with one of his options, which was reasonable in price. Would use his services again.
