Great experience with It's Bugs or Us and their technician that came out, Zerian B. Came out primarily to deal with a wasp issue I was having, and also helped with some bugs getting in through my bathroom drain. Took the time to clearly explain what he saw and his recommendations first, then explained what he was doing, and even gave me some tips on how to help prevent similar issues myself moving forward.
