We called Critter One after hearing activity in our attic. The salesperson performed a very thorough inspection of both attics and even used a drone to inspect the roof. He explained the process clearly and answered all of my questions. Jona and Greg completed the one-way trap installation and sealed the entry points. During their inspection they determined that several exclusion inserts installed by a previous company about eight years ago were no longer holding. It wasn’t what I wanted to hear because it added about $1,000 to the project, but I understood the importance of properly sealing the home to prevent future problems. The final technician completed the attic cleanup and sanitization. Based on their inspection, there wasn’t enough contamination to justify replacing the attic insulation, which I appreciated because they recommended only the work that was actually needed. Everyone was professional and courteous throughout the process. I also appreciated that they offer a military discount. Most importantly, the attic is now quiet, and the problem has been resolved. I would definitely recommend Critter One.

Excellent service! Jonah closed 242 weep holes with mesh and cut and installed plates around our home to keep critters out. He worked by himself in extremely hot weather until a helper arrived to assist with the plates. We really appreciate his dedication and highly recommend Critter One and Jonah to get the job done right!

The two workers who are actually doing the work, Gregg and Jonah, are doing an excellent job getting the critters out and keeping them out!
