Truly wish I could do no stars because they do not deserve even that ...they only did half the work me and my husband cancelled after one half ass treatment.i was told I would receive a full refund tried contacting them several times and was told management would contact me about a full refund I have yet to receive that call so I desputed the transaction and they are stating that I received all treatments when in fact I did not thats okay though I have the emails and screenshots to prove it .wou

This company is absolutely disgusting. They lie straight to your face, LIE ABOUT DOING THE WORK and still overcharge you like it’s nothing. Customer service is a joke, and they have zero integrity. Save yourself the headache and stay far away. They would say they did the work and I HAVE LITERAL CAMERA FOOTAGE OF THEM NOT EVEN SHOWING UP and then have the audacity to take a picture of a LEAF and send a fake report. Lady in the office knows nothing said I'll have to have the branch reach out to you. Never calls to set up appointments and never showed up. Never did a inspection that they said was free and anual. Just came and put bait stations around the house and never came back. and now three years later the floors are bouncing from termites and we are with 20k dollars worth of damages.
