We had a family emergency and called 2 times and left messages. They still showed up with us out of town. It wouldn't have been that big of an issue but the guy that came out was rude to our roommate about it. It's not our fault that your company didn't check their messages! Very glad now we didn't use them.

They dont really spray bug killer, more like sugar water. Cant tell you how to kill particular bugs, and cant tell you what it is. Wouldn't use them if my life depended on it.
