This man has been notified since July 4th that the home windows were broken and a tree fell through the roof and he hasn't fixed anything... I have kids in the home but he could care less. You should be ashamed of yourself sir but I'm sure you're not. These people are DEVILS...

We have used pest pro services for 10+ yrs now and recently I've had the worst service from them. When they come spray if it doesn't take care of the job the first spray then they're supposed to come back out for FREE of charge to spray again. It's been this way until this last quarterly service we had and they charged us another $70.36 quarterly fee for a call back service that was supposed to be FREE. Very displeased with the services we've been receiving for such loyal customers for 10+ yrs!! Will be looking to switch companies and no longer referring out if this is not made right by the owner. - ****update to add a photo of the bill I received that shows we actually have had services since April. May as well show my whole address since whoever replied wrote it on the reply anyway. Which is very unprofessional btw. 🤔

I’m sorry to hear this. We show that you haven’t received services from our company 4/25/2022 @ 902 E Ave G in Hooks Tx and still owe a balance from that time. Are you sure you still use us? We would love to resolve this. Feel free to contact our office 903-794-7378

Pest Pro is the absolute worst! We've paid and received either non or substandard services. 5 months ago I wrote a review for thr Longview location and the owner ended up calling me. He assured me there won't be anymore issues, and now we received a bill. We haven't been with Pest Pro for several months! This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.
