I have to sing the praises of Steri-Clean. Mine was a small problem of old mouse droppings in my attic. Josh Rawlings came out and assessed the situation. What a nice, friendly, professional, and very honest guy! The next day Olena and Lamar came out to do the actual work. They spent more time than they had to to make sure the job was done right. And like Josh, they were really nice, friendly people. Five stars for Steri-Clean is a no brainer.

This service was amazing. We are experiencing a difficult family matter and a house had to be cleaned while preserving documents, family heirlooms and anything that looked important. This service found car keys that went missing along with the title and professionally handled antiques and anything that looked important even if it wasn’t on the list we gave them. We deeply appreciate this service as it wasn’t something we could do on our own. We appreciate their professionalism and discretion. People that use this service are sometimes vulnerable and we appreciate everything they did to help us.

Steri-Clean is an excellent company, I highly recommend their services. We purchased a home that previously had cats, and my wife is very allergic, so this was a big concern for us. Before the cleaning, she would cough whenever we were in the house, but after their initial deep clean, that completely went away. The Steri-Clean team did a thorough top-to-bottom cleaning to remove all the dander, followed by a more intensive treatment to eliminate lingering cat urine odors. What really stood out was their commitment to their work. They offer a warranty, and when we noticed a slight smell in the laundry room a few weeks later, the owner, Justin, personally came back out at no charge to address it.

I was horrified when I found the condition of my uncle's house. Chad assured me during the initial assessment that it wasn't the worst he had seen and it could be resolved. The entire crew was so kind and the attention to detail was second to none. I couldn't believe it was the same house after they had finished. I cannot recommend this group enough and I am so grateful I found them.

I needed to do a thorough cleaning in my home after my wife had a CDiff infection. I contacted Steri-Clean (Central Texas) on a Sunday afternoon, thinking I would leave a message. But the point person took my call, spent time going over the services, pricing and details of the job, and got us on the schedule for Tuesday. The crew arrived exactly at the appointment time, and diligently went about the sterilization. Their plan was clearly communicated as they worked, and was completed in the time they predicted. They were careful to check with me when there were questions, and even did a little extra cleaning in the car and garage. It’s rare when a task goes this smoothly. I was impressed with their professionalism and friendliness.

We experienced a fiberglass contamination incident in our home, something many people don’t realize can happen with memory foam mattresses that contain fiberglass. While setting up our child’s nursery, my husband removed the mattress cover, unaware of the fiberglass inside. When I realized what had happened, panic set in knowing fiberglass had been released into the room. Thankfully, the exposure was limited to a single room, and we did not put any contaminated bedding into the washer, which could have spread the fibers throughout the house. Even so, we were suddenly faced with the challenge of finding a company that could handle this very specific type of cleanup. I researched several companies before making calls. The first company I contacted, Servpro, was extremely rude and dismissive, as if I should have known they didn’t offer this service. That interaction left me feeling discouraged and unsure we’d find help. Then I called Steri-Clean. The main line operator was courteous, listened carefully to my situation, and promptly connected me with a local provider. Chad, the franchise owner in Central Texas, took the time to thoroughly explain how fiberglass remediation works, patiently answered my long list of questions, and addressed all of my concerns. It was a huge relief to finally speak with someone knowledgeable and compassionate. He was even able to schedule the cleanup for the very next day. Chad personally came to our home to introduce himself and his team to my husband before evaluating the situation and letting his crew get to work. His team was professional, polite, and incredibly considerate; they even made an effort to be as quiet as possible while working since our little one was fussy. They did an excellent job cleaning the entire room from the ceiling down to the carpet, wiping all the walls and carefully vacuuming to ensure no fiberglass remained. They double-checked their work for our peace of mind and even safely wrapped and disposed of the contaminated mattress to prevent fiberglass from spreading to the rest of our home. I truly appreciate Chad and his team for their professionalism, kindness, and how quickly they responded, especially right before the holidays. I highly recommend Steri-Clean to anyone dealing with fiberglass exposure or a similar situation.

Chad and his team went above and beyond just a few days before Christmas to clean my mother’s house after my stepdad tragically passed unexpectedly. They were able to go in a clean and have my mom back in the same day. No one prepares you for the steps you have to take during unexpected deaths and having Chad guide me through the process was so hopeful. Having Steri-Clean come into my home was one of the most difficult things I have ever done, but worth every penny paid, every moment of stress leading up to the team’s arrival and every tear I cried while going through the process. Due to years of chronic pain and fatigue, as well as numerous injuries contributing to both, I had let my home get out of control. It just became more than I could handle on my own. Making the call to ask for help was not easy, but I can’t express enough how happy – how joyful – I am that I called Chad back when he responded to the online query I made. He was gentle, compassionate and encouraging from the beginning. Due to our schedule, it was six weeks from the time I called until the team of five showed up to begin the sorting and cleaning. While the cleaning was hard, I was quite impressed – and relieved – that every team member treated me with the utmost respect, kindness and compassion. I never felt judged by any of them – which was good because I judged myself enough. I never felt like I was ‘the job’ to them – I was a fellow human being who had lost control and desperately needed help. They allowed me to become a team member to get my life and home back.
