BMI Pest Management

After many attempts at getting rid of ants in my master bathroom. Only BMI has been successful at treating the problem and I tried 4 companies over 3 years and none have been able to successfully treat past 3 months. I’m at my 3 month mark now and haven’t seen a single ant and I feel confident after just having my home serviced again that I will not be seeing any pests in the future. I’m truly blown away and so grateful because it was such a pain to deal with. Jr is very thorough and does a fantastic job. He’s courteous and lets you know when he’s in route, very professional. When I called 3 months ago I was apprehensive about calling yet another company out but I’m so thankful I gave them the opportunity to prove that they indeed would get rid of my 3 year ant problem! Save yourself the time and money of going elsewhere and just book with BMI, I promise you will be satisfied with their services! Thank you, BMI!!

Jennifer and Jr. are top notch professionals. They know the business and addressed all of our needs. Our major issue on this first call out was to remedy the yellow jackets as they were lurking around our patio awning heavily. We have not seen any since our home was treated and have decided to maintain quarterly maintenance. Couldn’t be happier with our overall exceptional experience. Highly recommend!!!

OK guys, Awesome experience-best that we have with pest control with four different companies over the last 10 years. BMI is local, not the door knocking companies with sales people wearing hot pants and nose rings, that have a satellite office in Austin, Dallas, or Houston etc. DMI stands behind their product! No hassle just great service! Jennifer in the office is very straightforward, professional, and very customer service oriented and will get you set up without any gimmicks or hassle!. The technician, Junior, likewise was the same – very professional, very knowledgeable, thorough, in explanation and service on our initial service. He took the time needed to do an old fashioned quality job that exceeded my expectations. I continue to believe that this LOCAL company is one that you can count on for both quality and price! Note: This review was updated from two years ago when we started with them, and have never ever had reason to complain or stop their service!

11/21/2023...Absolute BEST!!! I've been with BMI for a long time now. I am always satisfied. Today the technician Sarinana Jr. , Ismael (Junior) just reminded me of why I stayed so long with this company. He was awesome and as he would say " treated my house as if it was his Mothers house.". Give him kudos and a bonus! Well deserved. His customer service was great, professionalism was the topping on the cake. You have a a great employee!.....9.1..2023.... my post remains the same. This is a trustworthy company. I've been with them for many years now. Lee and Jennifer have always and are very respectful, resourceful and trustworthy. 9.7.2019....Will forever recommend this company! No hassle at all. Vpery professional and they were at my house on time! When I first called, I couldn't help but to be impressed with the customer service; as we talked I didn't feel like I was being pressed to buy; which in turn made me want their service. Its been about 25+ days and no pest!! I recommend this company to everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
