Advantage Pest Control came through for us in a big way. They were able to come out the same day to complete a WDI re inspection, which made all the difference for our transaction. Preston was our technician and he was excellent. He took the time to listen as I explained the situation we were in, clearly explained what needed to be done, and patiently waited so we could get a clear and accurate report. That level of professionalism and care matters, especially when timelines are tight. I highly recommend Advantage Pest Control and Preston specifically. Every real estate agent should have them in their contact list for WDI inspections.

Really happy with our decision to a contract with Advantage Pest Control. Preston has done our home a few times already and he’s attentive, thorough, and kind, and found areas that needed attention that we didn’t even notice. Living in a new construction can come with a lot of insect issues, but we’ve avoided that because of this team. Big thanks!

Honest company and fair prices

On time, friendly and took care of the ant problem.

Very nice when calling to schedule initial services. But honestly really poor customer service after treatment was done. I had someone come out to spray the exterior & voiced my concerns about having a mass of ant piles throughout our backyard. I was told that the professionals would thoroughly walk through the yard and spray visible piles & remove spider webs spray for spider etc. I was also told that it could take up to 3 days for ants to be gone. I didn’t have my kids outside for the 3 days, to avoid getting bitten. The first day they went out there were 2 very visible ant piles in the yard & my son came in with bites all up his arms from falling into one.. When I called the company to KINDLY & respectfully let them know that I think they missed a few spots & wondered what we could do moving forward they were suuuper rude about it. While I was able to schedule another appointment to have the yard looked at, the receptionist had a very rude & dismissive attitude. The only reason I’m not giving this less stars is because the man who came out to do the actual spraying was very nice. But I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company.

I set up an appointment for them to come to the house to take care of some large wasp nests way up high that I was not sure I'd be able to eradicate myself! They communicated very well and even took time to address some ant mounds that I didn't see or call on. They were great!

Good communication. Very pleasant staff. Very effective, I saw an immediate difference in the amount of bugs hanging around the house. Sorry to see the caterpillars die but they were EVERYWHERE.

I used this company because they did my va terminte inspection. Signed up for the bi monthly service which includes rodent control Here is the catch there's a one time fee for the equipment which is 60 dollars. Of course this was never explained to me before. Read the fine print.

I stay right by a whole lot of trees and spiders would come right in my house left and right and I hate spiders so much. I tried to put peppermint down and it didn’t work. Until I called this place the lady that answered the phone was very nice and helpful Jeremy was the person that came to my house and he was very nice. It’s been 6 days so far and I haven’t seen a spider yet. I can walk in my house without having to worry about seeing a spider in every room I walk into. I’m very satisfied and will be continue using this company.😁👍🏽

I've tried other pest control companies but I like these guys, they go above and beyond to make sure the house is pest free. I'll continue to be a loyal customer for years to come

I reached out to Advantage for pest control services before moving into my new home. Jeremy was great! He reached out to let me know he was available to come a few hours early because he was in the area, which was great! So far I have been pleased with the treatment of my house. All the spiders I originally saw are either dead or gone and I haven't seen any new ones yet.

What I love about them is they have an option of quarterly spraying. No one else has this. Haven't had any problems with them. Friendly customer service

This was a retreat because despite me asking them to treat inside because of spiders, they decided not to treat inside.

They came out to check on some bees and they lied about them being honey bees

They were 8 hours late, we had to be out of the house until close to 11 PM and then we got back and it didn't seem line anything had been done away all. I still see bugs and have been cleaning like a mad person.

I can't give their service a raiting, because they never showed up. I called, Monday July 3rd. Because of the holiday, they would be out around 2pm July 5th. I made sure to have my pets kenneled and my daughter and I ready. Nothing! Tried calling, no one answered. The 6th, "maybe I got the day wrong". Nope. So, F them, I'll go spend my money somewhere else for this issue, that would have taken them less than 30 minuets to do!
