Mr. Jones came to my home yesterday after I sent an online inquiry. He communicated frequently when he was delayed due to his previous client. Upon his arrival, he willingly wore and mask and shoe covers following COVID protocols for me and my immunocompromised family. He understood and respected the needs of my autistic child in his thorough inspection. After his inspection , he spent a significant amount of time explaining what he would do to treat our problem and what each chemical did. He explained the before, during, and after process of the treatment. He also answered every single question I had. He is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. Mr. Jones is the owner of his business. He obviously takes pride in his work and cares deeply that everything is done correctly. He spent more than an hour and a half in my home for this free inspection and the time he spent talking with me. Most companies give you 15 minutes and an estimate. Even if Mr. Jones were to cost more (and he does not), I would still give him my business because his care, dedication, and professionalism is a rare find in the world today.
