Champions Pest Control

Very happy with the service from Champions. Our technician Cory is excellent, and the office staff are friendly and responsive when scheduling. Someone always answers when I call.

I would like to complement Champion Pest Control with helping out with a question we had concerning a possible problem. They were extremely knowledgeable and our question was easily solved. I would personally use them again in the future but hopefully not have to 😊.

Over a decade of service, and I am no longer a customer. A technician by the name of Walt (miss him) serviced my home for years, but he retired, and another younger gentleman began to service my home. After a few visits, I finally decided that I didn't prefer his condescending tone and requested a new technician. I was told that the condescending gentleman was my only option (hmm...small staff, I suppose), and they were "sorry" for my negative experience, and they would make the owner aware. Whatever. That was 2 weeks ago, and I have not heard back from anyone! I've spent a lot of money over the last decade or more with Champions Pest Control, and they could care less. Local companies pride themselves on providing top-notch customer service, but I guess Champions Pest Control picks and chooses who they provide that top-notch service to. I think I look different, although my money over the past 10 years has been green. Such a shame that I was loyal for far too long to a local company that cared nothing about my satisfaction. I will look for a company that offers a more diverse and available staff that follows up with their customers. UPDATE: THE OWNER COMMENTED ON MY REVIEW OVER 1 MONTH AGO STATING THAT HE WOULD REACH OUT TO ME; HOWEVER, HE NEVER DID!

Champions installed a mosquito misting system for us this past year, and we couldn’t more pleased. The esthetics of the system blend well with our exterior, almost to the point of being invisible, as seen in the photos. The timer is set to go off twice a day, but there’s also a remote so that you can manually operate as needed. They’ve come out the check the nozzles every quarter and refill the tank as needed. We haven’t seen any mosquitoes nor gnats since putting in the system. We highly recommend for value and service!

Quick, helpful and informative. Got the inside and outside of the house to keep us protected from the pests.

We have used Champions Pest control for 15 years. We are very pleased with their service. The woman who answers the phone is professional and pleasant. The tech that we had, Scotty, is also professional and pleasant. And of course the treatment is very effective. We highly recommend!

They don’t return calls. They sneak charges into estimates. They promise a return visit if you still see pest but that means only a single room. I would find another pest control business not so established that is willing to work for your business. This pest control is t one of them.

Called for 3 hours and only got answering service. Hard to do business with a company who won’t answer there phones
