Drive like crap on the road

They wee amazing! They took cake of my ants problem, but also they took care of pest cases that I did not even knew I have like brown widows! .

Pam and Armando came today and sanitized our laundry room . They pulled the washer and dryer out and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the area that was invaded by rats . They did an excellent job! Pam had come alone previously and tried to do this job by herself but really needed an additional hand moving the washer and dryer. Armando had also come previously to help set traps and seal weep holes . Both of these technicians and the other team member , Ian, did an exceptional job helping get rid of the rats! We are very happy with the service we received from all of them !! Highly recommend them and Biotech!!

Huge shoutout to Armando for the incredible service today. He’s thorough, efficient, and clearly takes immense pride in his work. From sanitizing the attic to the precision touch-ups on the exterior of my home, he didn't miss a beat. He truly listened to our concerns regarding the closet noises and went the extra mile to make sure we felt secure. We are so happy with him and I know he will keep coming back to fix the issue until it’s 100% gone. Armando is one of the most Dedicated field representatives I’ve seen over the years. Bio-Tech should be glad to have him. This is our first ever Annual insect treatment

Getting more expensive every renewal, ahead of inflation rate in my opinion. Have had ants in kitchen drawers this past year, and bugs in pantry items last year (flour, cereals, grits, etc). First years, we had no need for reapplications. Also, the infestation of squirrels and rodents in attic was a separate service which was done well except they left the traps with dead rodents in our attic (still not removed). I will call tomorrow. And finally, their Fly Trapping service (separate) was expensive and short lived. It was hundreds of US$ and only good for 30 days. Went to my own traps via Amazon, "Zevo Flying Insect Trap & Cartridge - Plug in Fly Trap & Indoor Bug Catcher for Gnats, House & Fruit Flies".

Our technician was Thomas Pitman and he did a very thorough job.

Biotech is a well established pest control company in the Oak Ridge Woodlands area. They come out handle business professionally, don’t try to upsell on anything unnecessary, and the results are effective. It’s that simple.

I called them to remove a critter that was living in my attic/wall. They arrived with really fancy rodent van. It looked like a Ghostbusters level vehicle. He found the source of the entry, got on a ladder and took a picture. His solution: wait til I don’t hear it anymore and call them back and they can seal it up. Seriously? Paid 59$ for this - for nothing. I called wildescapes. Matthew said “I’m gonna come put a one-way trap up there, seal all but the trap and I’m gonna do it right now” The squirrel was gone by the afternoon. I will say biotech called me back an hour after their tech was out here. Office person asked if I would like them to come put a one-way trap on the vent? You know what??? that would’ve been an excellent suggestion for the tech to make while he’s sitting here talking to me and STARING AT MY HOUSE but it’s too late now. She said they could send a more experience technician. Then why did you send that one to begin with? Don’t waste your money- call Matthew.

The service itself is not bad, but it is very expensive and I did not like that the animals are released very close.
